For a shopping center in downtown city, to unmaintained, dirty and it stinks. Although really adore the design. The opening in the middle and open air concept deserves a thumbs up!

The memorial is a beautiful place, especially at night. There are lots of families that come in the evening and the Cafe nearby has inexpensive, delicious food. You won't regret visiting!
