Nice place with an amazing view on the volcanoes. The cabin was comfortable, with good toilet and shower in a room outside. The food was good, special mention for avocadoes. Yoga courses were nice. However apart from yoga, eating and reading/sleeping, there isn’t much to do in this remote place

We came to Earth Lodge only to grab something to drink and eat. We ordered a chia seed pudding that we enjoyed, yet the view this day was overcast. The bowl was all right, though it did not stand out. The setting is pretty unique, and I'm confident that the backdrop must be stunning on a bright and clear day.

all the tree houses and cabins have great views to the volcanoes and the valley, all are renewed and had a new menu at the restaurant. A peaceful place to rest and refill your energy in the middle of the nature without leaving so far from Antigua Guatemala because is just 15 minutes away by car. Nice and very friendly people staff. Pet friendly.

I LOVED my stay at the Earth Lodge. Their tree too studio is one of the most beautiful places to practice yoga in the world, in my opinion. The accommodations are very cozy and i enjoyed 3 nights of restful sleep immersed in nature. Their food is great, avocados are incredible and the staff is warm and helpful. I can't wait to return!!

Comfortable, beautiful, great food and wifi. Suzy is the best! The person who responds to the emails, Briana, is really snarky but don't let her put you off because it's a really gorgeous place to visit!

Been coming here since 2012 and always had an amazing time. They constantly maintain the cabanas, added on an amazing yoga studio and have been consistent in quality of service, food and lodging over the years. I have stayed there with my husband, my mom and friends with and without kids - it's a place for everyone that likes nature, tranquility and appreciates good quality food. The views from pretty much every cabaña are amazing - down an green valley with 3 volcanos right in front of you. In my opinion the best place to stay outside of Antigua (it's only a 10-25min drive from the center)

This was a 5 star experience. The food was absolutely delicious during our stay. It was the best we had in Gutaemala over 3 weeks. We did the deluxe camping and the bed was super comfy and no issues. Quite relaxing location. The walk up can be tough with heavy bag packs but the view is absolutely stunning and so worth it. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We did a yoga class and the view at sunset wow . unforgettable experience. I would recommend for a stay to unwind and even try using the sauna (you have to build ur own fire ). Recommend.excellent.

Earth Lodge is one of those rare places you’ll forever remember if you visit. We stayed for only two days but had the most relaxing and care-free time. 10/10 recommend

I didn’t stay at the lodge, but did go for lunch and spent a few hours on the grounds. A little hike downhill getting to the lodge, but the views are breath taking. The food and drinks are good, live music was nice and the staff were so kind. A nice chill place to relax and enjoy nature at its finest. Just make sure you eat light, the hike uphill leaving the lodge is a little tough. Definitely worth the visit.

Only went here for a hot chocolate and enjoy the surroundings, so I can't say anything about the accomodation. It was lovely being here and being out of the city for a few hours. It's easy to get there by Uber and go away by chicken bus. The people working at Earth Lodge can inform you about the bus schedule.

I just came to the restaurant and the property is beautiful. Well maintained with a gorgeous view. We ate wings and burgers and it was delicious. The service was amazing and i cannot wait to return to spend more time here.-2 months later came back. Everything was great as usual, we had pepian the special for the night and it was DELISH! Service was great and we even stayed and played some of the board games they had. I will always love this place

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this little getaway in the mountains for three nights! The views are beautiful at any time of day, the accommodations were cozy and clean, every meal was delicious, and we enjoyed activities like reading in the hammocks, yoga classes, board games, and hiking around the mountains. The prices to stay in the lodge and the food menu are incredibly worth it. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try something a little different than your typical hostel or hotel, or go up just for an evening to eat and drink and enjoy the view!

A place with a great view. However it’s complicated to reach. It has a very difficult parking and 100 mt down path. The food is delicious but it takes forever to get the food from the restaurant. The staff is really nice and friendly. Dod not stayed at the hotel.

I hadn’t been back to Earth Lodge for 4 years and just went to see the view and have a snack today. They’ve updated so many things! The food and drink selection is still my favorite. There are so many options and allergies are taken into account. Vegetarian and vegan options are lovely here. Don’t take the “slow food” warning lightly. It really does take a while (chips &guac took 25 mins today because there was a large group in front of me), but the views are worth it! And the overall vibe in general. I love the “si se puede” sign 1/2 way up as you leave. That trail is no joke! But worth every step. Can’t wait to come back to Guatemala again and stay in a tree house!

After the hike to Acetenango we decided to book a massage and sauna here and have something to eat and drink afterwards. We enjoyed it all very much! Everything was done with a lot of attention. Furthermore the views on the volcano's are incredible and the staff is very friendly and correct. They even helped us with getting a taxi back to Antigua. A must visit when your are staying in Antigua!

I did not stay overnight here, just took a day trip for a yoga class. The yoga class was fantastic and the scenery from the lodge is absolutely stunning. I ordered lunch from the kitchen and the food was delicious, as well. The location is a bit tricky to get to, you’ll need to arrange transportation and it is a little bit of a drive, but well worth it.

Amazing stay at this beautiful place, we stayed for six nights just relaxing and taking advantage of the things they offer, yoga in a beautiful studio, sauna, good food and breathtaking views. We stayed in the room called casa aguacate and loved it. Definitely going to come back in the future. Thank you!

Amazing place with spectacular views of the volcanos! Like a serene sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Had an amazing relaxing oil massage and enjoyed the morning yoga class. The menú of the restaurant is full of tasty and healthy options, my favorite for sure was the herb salad and the cacao smoothie. 😊 Perfect place for a rest after a day of hike or just escaping the bustle of the city. Close to Antigua, though the arrival needs to be done walking, it's worth of every step! Would come here also just for the restaurant and enjoy the views during the day, it's close enough to Antigua for a day trip as well!

Great views, really nice people and great food! Earth Lodge is a little hard to get to but well worth the effort. Ask about a shuttle from town. I enjoyed a much needed massage in the amazing treetop studio. Would definitely return on my next visit to Antigua.

Beautiful view! Menu can accommodate different diets like gluten free, vegan, etc... access a not super easy for older people or very young kids, as you need to get down 150m of steep path by foot. Lack of decent toilets during COVID time with only one available...

I actually changed my travel plans to make sure I stayed at one night here. No regrets. What a super cool and unique place to stay. A great retreat from the city life and a great environment to spend time in.

The hike to Earth Lodge is intense but worth it to stay in a tree house or cabin on the mountainside. Food is excellent and the vibe is tranquil and welcoming.

Very tasty food, and environment is very attractive. Things were kind of close when we were there due to the pandemic, but the food was good. Service was a bit questionable as they do not have wine glasses for our two bottles of wine purchased. Ordered a banana, avocado, peanut butter smoothie that was room temperature that seemed a little bit different. Normally I’ve had them cold. The 50-50 burger is incredible! Highly recommend! Fantastic French fries! The views are really breathtaking and the ride up the mountains provide some perfect views. Thank you for adopting your service during this world pandemic. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful and relaxing spot! The best views, food and finally time to relax. The sauna is great the massages are awesome and the staff and vibe is so nice and calming. The best escape of busy life. I can't wait to come back. Thank you all!! :) :) :)

We stayed 24h hours in this amazing place. Such a great location to rest and recharge. We would have loved to stay longer. The rooms are in the middle of the avocado farms, all very private. The view is amazing and the environment is calm. You can hear the birds and the nature around you at night. The food is delicious - we tried many dishes in the menu, all very tasty. They cook with local ingredients - special mention for the home made beer Bread and the avocados. We will be back!! A bit far away from the city so only plan to go there to relax.

Earth Lodge is a magical place with stunning views over the volcanoes and antigua. Perfect place to rest and do some nice hiking and yoga. I travelled solo and it was an amazing break from all the hostels, the staff is very nice and helpful. The ambient is magical and the food is delicious. I would come back anytime, alone or with friends, family or partner, I think it is made for everyone.

There are not enough words to describe this paradise. The views, the amenities, the food, the drinks are perfect to disconnect from our busy world. Here you will find some balance for your soul in all the perfectly crafted rooms. The treehouse is the most private room in a corner away from everything and everyone. The yoga sessions and the massages will make you feel like new. Do not forget to try their guacamole and chirimol(pico de gallo) while you seat at their outside tables looking at the volcanoes you will not regret it. We certainly will be back.

Thank you Earth Lodge! Stayed in the amazing treehouse for a few nights. So comfortable and cosy. You wake up to the most amazing view every morning. We ate and drank so well too. Watched the Fuego’s lava show while eating dinner which was a bonus. Loved doing yoga or a workout class in the mornings and relaxing on a hammock for the rest of the day. Try the steam ‘hut’ too, very cool. The staff are warm and friendly. Great atmosphere all round. Really recommend taking a night or 2 away from the more frantic Antigua city.
