Walking distance to the Natural Reserve Antitlan. The view and access to Lake Antitlan are phenominal. Armando was a gracious host at the front desk. The rooms are a bit dated. Could use a little updating and TLC.

Very disappointed. Rude staff. Pool has seen better days. Swing set is literally about to fall apart. So much broken glass. The views are great but this place needs major investment

5 stars across the board!!! This hotel is perfectly peaceful and secluded. It was just a short tuktuk ride to town. I wanted a peaceful and mindful vacation and this hotel was perfect for that. The grounds are beautiful filled with chirping birds and breathtaking unobstructed views of the lake. A nice breakfast was included in my rate and was the perfect way to start my day- there are 3 good options (all included juice, coffee, toast, and sweet bread). This hotel is on the reserve, super private, and completely relaxing. I was purposely trying to avoid the accommodations that attract loud nomads. The staff was also exceptional, they helped me arrange tuktuk and boat rides, and gave me tons of recommendations around Pana and the lake.

Clean. Friendly. Private beach and grounds lakeside so very pleasant to sit in peace for sunsets. 15 minute walk into town or they'll call a tuk tuk. Carlos speaks English well and very friendly. There are no rooms they are more like condos. Mine could easily have accommodated 6 people. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 3 showers and floor to ceiling windows and even windows that spanned 2 floors. And they have their very own temazcal, sauna. Very cool place. I was there for a month

We stayed here, but unfortunately without doing much research. Hotel looks quite nice on first sight, but its major downside is that it is far away from the center of the town (count 15-20 minutes walk, including a nice climb). Hotel only serves breakfast and lunch, so even if you would like to stay there for a relaxing day, you need to go to the city center if you'd like to have dinner. Pool and private beach are nice, and so is sauna, which is included in the price. The hotel is expensive though, compared to other similar places around that are much closer to the center of Panajechal. We didn't have warm water during our last day. And the worst: the hotel tried to scam us by doing some tricks with conversion rates upon checkout, so be careful. All in all: not recommended if you like to explore the area, there are cheaper and better options.

Excellent location. The bungalow was very clean. Beautiful scenery with the lake and volcanoes in front of you. Exuberant vegetation. Very good breakfast 👌 Staff very friendly. We did kayaking (included in the hotel price). At night the swimming pool water wasn't warm enough because they turned off before the established closing time. The pasta I ordered for lunch was very heavy on cream. Internet wifi connection very poor or zero. Definitely we'll come back to this lake and to this hotel.

Very nice quiet location where you can see birds easily. We stayed in the 2 floor room with a kitchen and it was excellent. The location is not too far off from town to get whatever supplies you may need. The location also has shore access to the beach and permits an hour of kayaking a day. We were very happy with our stay.

This is such a wonderful hotel to stay while enjoying Lake Atitlán. You will sleep very peacefully in this meticulously cared for natural environment and to the lullaby of birdsong and cicadas. All the staff is very friendly, the view of the lake is stunning and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The gentleman at the front desk kindly gave us contacts of reliable tuk tuk drivers to transport us freely as well as useful information regarding good restaurants to try. Will definitely stay here again soon. 😍😍

Excellent hotel, incredible location, genius design of the bungalows. We did the kayaking and the jacuzzi. The staff member who helped us with the kayaks (I forgot his name) was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were safe during our kayaking experience, it was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful hotel in a nature preserve, with well manicured grounds, a great restaurant, a pool with volcano and lake views, a Mayan sauna, and a private beach area perfect for swimming and kayaking (the hotel has kayaks). The staff is charming and helpful, and the location idillic. Wonderful stay, thank you so much! We will be back.

It's a great place to stay while visiting el Lago de Atitlan. They have got a private beach, a fantastic jacuzzi with a view of the lake, kayak, a nice swimming pool. We really loved it! Also the location is great, just on the lake and not far from Panajachel, but far enough to make it a peaceful oasis

Wow nice place in nature. Beautiful room, great gardens, delicious breakfast included with the room. Stunning beach with several chairs available. It was quiet and I kayaked on Lago Atitlán with the beautiful views of the volcanoes. For travel it was by tuk tuk. It was amazing!

Arrived at the hotel is not easy, be prepare. The ways to get to Panajachel are difficult and you must pay attention to not miss the exit to the hotel San Buenaventura. In the room we found spiders falling from the ceiling, in the middle of nature is understood, but a cockroach! The shower was cold all the time, we reported to the administration, they tried to fixed in vain. If you want a good breakfast you have to pay for it, the one included is not so good, specially if you are hungry. They charge you if you use the kitchen and not clean the dishes... we were on vacation! There is no restaurant service at the hotel (only for breakfast), you have to pack your food before arrive or pay for delivery. I think is too expensive and not worth the price. The good things... the kayak, privacy and relax.
