Amazing service. The staff, Claudia and Miguel in particular, attended to our needs right away. We stayed for 2 weeks and the staff always welcomed our questions and helped with phone calls and suggestions. This hotel is VERY clean with American standards. Breakfast was good. It is a block away from all the activities in town. You won't regret staying in this hotel.

My reservation was confirmed in Expedia 2 weeks ago, then canceled within 24 hours of my stay (I had to book somewhere else --whatever was left given the short notice). Very unprofessional, it seems these guys have a bad system and overbook rooms.
