My
wife
and
I
travel
3
to
4
times
a
year
to
multiple
locations
in
the
Mexico/Caribbean
when
we
find
great
deals.
We
are
not
young…60+
but
did
not
feel
out
of
place
here.
We
found
this
deal
thru
Vacation
Express
which
included
the
flights.
The
resort
was
pretty
full
and
busy.
It
is
a
big
resort
so
there
is
a
lot
of
walking.
Check
in
went
OK,
Welcome
drink,
there
was
a
long
line
as
we
came
in
on
a
bus
of
about
30
other
people
that
were
also
on
our
flight
so
a
lot
of
people
trying
to
check
in.
Our
room
was
ready
at
check
in
because
we
checked
in
about
3:30.
Meals
-
all
in
all
were
good.
Tried
them
all!
A
lot
of
the
al
la
carte
restaurants
that
have
a
buffet
style,
which
is
not
bad,
you
can
actually
look
to
see
what
looks
good
and
take
your
choice.
Our
favorites
were
the
Italian
and
the
Asian.
Ate
breakfast
every
morning
at
the
buffet,
omelets
and
fried
eggs,
poached
eggs
every
morning!!
Service
was
good
at
all
the
restaurants.
TIP:
eat
early
(when
they
open
at
6:00)
and
you
won’t
have
a
wait.
We
always
got
in
the
line
about
5:45
and
never
had
a
problem.
Rooms
–
room
was
nice
and
spacious.
Was
in
building
3
and
was
close
to
the
main
pool
and
restaurants.
Had
the
2
full
beds
that
were
pushed
together.
A/C
worked
good,
but
wish
there
was
a
setting
that
would
allow
the
blower
to
stay
on
to
drown
out
the
hallway
noise.
Slept
great
when
the
A/C
was
on,
but
could
hear
everything
when
it
was
off.
Our
T/V
remote
was
broken
and
did
not
work.
I
dropped
it
off
at
the
customer
service
desk
and
went
to
dinner.
When
we
got
back
from
dinner
we
had
a
shiny
new
remote
sitting
on
the
bed.
The
hallways
are
loud
as
others
have
mentioned
in
their
reviews,
mostly
from
inconsiderate/drunk
partiers
that
feel
the
need
to
shout
to
others
half
way
down
the
hall.
*One
negative
thing
we
noticed
was
we
set
out
tips
in
the
morning
for
the
maid
and
for
the
beverage
service
separately
(put
the
tip
inside
the
refrigerator)
We
stopped
by
the
room
before
lunch
and
room
had
not
been
made
up
and
no
maid
carts
on
our
floor,
but
the
tip
for
the
maid
was
gone.
Drinks
had
been
refilled
so
the
person
filling
the
drinks
took
their
tip
and
stole
the
maids
tip.
After
that
happened,
we
would
set
the
maid
tip
out
in
the
afternoon
to
make
sure
she
received
it.
Something
the
resort
should
be
aware
of.
Or
maybe
the
maids
should
all
get
together
and
have
a
little
chat
(if
you
know
what
I
mean)
with
the
beverage
person!!!
Pools
–
were
all
very
nice.
We
spent
time
at
several
of
them,
but
spent
most
of
our
time
at
the
beach
front
one
that
has
the
swim
up
bar.
The
other
times
were
at
the
main
pool
by
the
main
square.
Loungers
were
not
any
issue
to
find,
but
if
you
want
shade,
get
there
early.
I
like
that
the
RIU’s
have
the
shaded
awnings
by
the
pools
at
their
resorts.
The
swim
up
bars
don’t
get
too
busy
until
about
12:00.
After
that
it’s
a
wild
time….fun
to
sit
back
and
watch.
Bars
–
all
were
good
with
basic
liquor
and
drinks
were
tasty.
We
were
drinking
Smirnoff
and
grapefruit
juice.
The
bartenders
usually
remembered
our
drink
and
sometimes
didn’t
even
have
to
tell
them,
they
would
just
ask,
2
more?.
Pool
bars
usually
had
2-3
bartenders
and
never
had
to
wait
long
for
service.
Parties
–
We
did
attempt
to
go
to
the
jungle
party,
but
it
was
way
too
loud….remember,
were
60+
and
it
just
wasn’t
for
us….but
we
still
tried!
One
complaint
I
have
is
not
with
the
resort,
but
with
inconsiderate
a**h**e
guest
that
insist
on
playing
their
very
loud
music
from
their
portable
speakers
in
a
crowed
area
at
the
pool
like
they
are
the
only
ones
there,
even
when
the
pool
area
has
music
playing.
Had
this
happen
twice…..I
mean...come
on
people…really?
And
in
closing….please
tip
where
you
can,
what
you
can….these
folks
work
really
hard
and
are
deserving
of
tips.
We
will
definitely
return
again
next
year
especially
if
I
find
good
deal.
Will
probably
bring
some
friends
with
us!
