We had an amazing experience and this hotel. We stayed in a one-bedroom and had a full kitchen and laundry room, which worked great for our 7-night stay as we didn't do the all-inclusive plan. Most staff was very attentive, and we particularly recall a guy named Carlos, who is not a server but always had a smile and was ready to accommodate our needs. Hats off. The servers were okay, as were the front desk personnel. The maids were great. We loved that's at the end of the strip as the beach feels more private. The downside is that there aren't many services in the area. The nearest big grocery store is a 10-minute Uber. But there is an Oxxo right next door, and that saved us may trips. Our favorite part was the adults' pool and the restaurant El Patron by the beach. Both had a very relaxing atmosphere, and unlike other resorts, they kept it control from parties that eventually could become wild. We will be back.

This place is amazing! I went in 2021 or 2022 on spring break with my family and the people are so nice that care about the people that are staying there. There was something that made me feel like I lived there. You don't have to leave the resort at all! There's a store, spa, restaurants, and there's fun things to do for kids at the beach! The people really liked us there! Me and my family are going back in 2024 spring break! Can't wait to go back!!

I had a really nice time here. My pictures are of the penthouse and the views from there, but all the rooms that I saw were very clean and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and eager to help. The all inclusive is optional here. I only purchased it for 3 days of my 5. I think the food is above average in comparison to other resorts I've been to. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a more laid back resort experience.

We arrived on the evening of hurricane Lidia and there was a skeletal staff. They gave us a packed dinner and were as helpful as possible because the amenities were closed. The entire visit on property was great. The only thing I didn't like was we never made it to PVR city.

After a difficult start, Claudia at reception was able to make things right and accommodate us. What a valuable employee!!! We look forward to what the next 6 days have in store for us! I’d like to say that our vacation was outstanding. Unfortunately, it has started off terribly. Check in took 90 minutes and there was no one in front of us. We planned a family vacation with another family. Six rooms. We requested that we all be together and all have a king size beds. We had several telephone conversations, with staff and reservations, months prior to our star. They have placed us in separate buildings, away from our kids and were unable to fill our bedding requests. We will keep you informed.

This place is the best! From the stunning view, to the amazing pool, to the incredible beach front! There is no better way to spend a vacation!! I spent 4 day here and there was no lack of fun. The shows they had on in the evening were incredibly entertaining for my whole family. The staff here are so kind and incredibly accommodating, it truly makes for the one of the best experiences! I would recommend this place to anyone!

There were things about my stay that I enjoyed and things I did not. Overall, I had a lovely trip with my mom and son; however, this was in spite of some negative aspects of the resort. For context, I have been to PV several times over the past decade and a half. This is my first time staying so far north in Nuevo Vallarta, but I chose this location because I wanted to walk into Bucerias each day for a bit of a slower pace trip than what I usually go on. I very intentionally chose this location for its proximity to Bucerias and was happy with this choice. A typical day from this trip started with a walk into Bucerias for breakfast, returning to the resort to spend the afternoon by the pool, and then another walk into Bucerias for dinner before returning to the resort for sleep. I would not recommend staying all inclusive here as I would not have enjoyed feeling like I was stuck at this resort all day. The service was very poor, food options were inaccessible, and the resort did not communicate important information (such as pool closures, minimum spending clauses, crib availability, and restaurant capacities) to guests. In a nutshell, I would not recommend staying here if you plan to spend your entire time at the resort. However, as a place to stay and hang out at the pool while leaving to Bucerias for meals this was a good spot. Just don't expect any service and don't believe any deals they offer you - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Amazing place to chill and enjoy. All the rooms have a balcony. There is one bedroom and 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms have a jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious. There is a kitchen where you cook your own food. There is also a pullout couch for your children. The restaurant is great. There is a Japanese, Italian and Continental restaurant.. I really enjoyed the breakfast when we did our tour of the resorts. The breakfast was great. The pool is cool to be in. You can also swim in the ocean. Jet skis are available for hire. In all it is a great resort.
