Ordered a new induction plate from an expert, it was installed on November 3 between 3 p.m. and 1 p.m. The technician was at the door at 2 p.m.

For devices I like to go to Expert. Reliable, they think along with you, give good advice, and (almost) always have the right device for a reasonable price. I recently purchased a Liebherr refrigerator and am very satisfied with it. The driver unpacks the refrigerator completely, installs it and takes the old one with him. In short, very satisfied with Expert!

This is why I don't 'order everything via the internet'. I had some problems with my Sonos speaker, of course just out of warranty, but it was resolved nicely. In consultation with Expert, Sonos, the representative and with me, a perfect solution was arrived at. Super fast and neat transaction. Insanely happy with this service!

Want to order a washing machine from the newspaper. Was out of stock, but should arrive within 4 days. I didn't hear anything for a week so I started inquiring myself. Would take another 2 weeks longer. After consultation, we selected another one that was in stock and would be delivered on Saturday. So nothing!! No call nothing. It has now been 3 days and we have still not been contacted to explain why nothing is happening. A pity . I'll just order online again because I think this is really bad!!
