    Super helpful and calm employees. First I was given the space to look around myself, but after a while I received help with a very specific type of glasses. They pulled three pairs of glasses from somewhere behind the counter, one of which hit the spot. Then an eye test was done with relaxed and pleasant conversation. Received good advice about the insurance, and everything was handled without any hassle. Overall a very nice experience and employees know exactly how to help you.

    Fantastic Service! Time ago accidentally stepped on my Ray Ban sunglasses that fell on the floor. The leg was really bent a lot, so I had actually given up hope a bit. Still, I boarded the Pearl in Nijmegen, and after that it didn't even work at first. However, 2 days later I was able to pick up the glasses as new again, and they were even adjusted to size. I'm completely happy! Thank you Pearl Nijmegen!

    They laugh at you when you want to have the temple of your glasses repaired and glue gets stuck on them. Duration. Compare it with Dixon who asked 10 euros for 1 cell battery and the promotion asks 0.80 cents for about 10 cell batteries. Brillen24 repairs glasses temple perfectly after 2 years for only shipping costs. I will never go to physical eyewear stores again.

That has been the reason for prescription sunglasses. When I put on the glasses, my vision was blurred, but that would take some getting used to, they said. A few weeks later I was not used to it and then it turned out that the glasses left and right were switched!! So they got the glasses wrong. I requested that it be rectified within 1 week because then I would go on holiday. That wouldn't work. So I had bought 1 prescription sunglasses for Jan Lul, which nothing was done to correct the mistake. So all summer vacation without sunglasses. For years I have been going to another optician with excellent customer service. If one thing goes wrong, at least it will be fixed there for you. That's what I call service. (Original) Ik ga al jaren niet meer naar Pearle. Zo heb ik eens een bril en zonnebril op sterkte besteld vlak voordat ik 6 weken lang op vakantie zou gaan in de zomer. Dat is de reden geweest voor een zonnebril op sterkte. Bij het opdoen van de bril zag ik wazig, maar dat zou wennen zijn zeiden ze toen. Paar weken later was ik er niet aan gewend en toen bleek dat de glazen links en rechts omgewisseld zaten!! Dus ze hebben de bril fout gemaakt. Ik heb verzocht om het binnen 1 week tijd recht te zetten want dan zou ik op vakantie gaan. Dat zou niet gaan lukken. Dus ik had 1 zonnebril op sterkte gekocht voor Jan Lul, waar niks mee gedaan werd om de fout recht te zetten. Hele zomervakantie zonder zonnebril dus. Sinds jaren ga ik naar een andere opticien met een uitstekende klantenservice. Als er 1 ding mis gaat word het daar tenminste opgelost voor je. Dat noem ik service.

    What a good store! Forgot the coupon for sunglasses. Just called about it, they would take a look back at the system. Was quickly called back by employee. They send the voucher to Arnhem. Big kudos!

    Today we were helped tremendously by a super friendly employee. The brief request to straighten the glasses was tackled with both hands: immediately cleaned and new nose pads given. Sometimes there is a wait at the counter, but then it is 100% resolved :)

    Had to wait 25 minutes at the counter with a number of people (several of whom gave up hope of help and left) to buy a bottle of eye drops. Not a single employee bothers to even say hi or indicate that they will be there soon. It's that I interrupted an employee, otherwise I think I could have waited another hour. Not customer friendly at all. Maybe a tip to deploy extra staff so that other people can also be helped?
