I started working at feel beauty last month before I started working there I was working at sally beauty so I had very good experience the first week I started working there he was making me follow customers around making sure that they’re not stealing I told him this is not the right way to gain customer service to come back he continues to have me follow the customers around, made me and of the customers are very uncomfortable one night when he was closing he asked me why wasn’t doing shipment when there was only five boxes so I told him what would he like me to do he got upset and waited until we close to scream at me! He told me to stop talking , I told him I’m a new hire your suppose to tell me what to do! Brian the store manager is VERY racist, he treated me very bad, today he fired me, I ask why am I being fired he said the store an I don’t match 😞 he don’t treat his employees nor customers right, I will be filing a lawsuit for discrimination.

My husband & I came in to purchase a couple of items today May 31, 2020.( Due to the cornavirus we know the circumstances) And we had an unpleasant experience. While we're getting the items we wanted and as we approached the register a young Puerto Rican woman that works there and let's you enter the store. Came up to my husband asking to see his pocket and we showed her , and claimed that she saw him put something in his pocket which was his phone and to realize it was nothing she just walked away without an explanation. As my husband and I looked with shock & anger to accuse us of stealing. If your going to accuse someone of stealing at least be Correct. We we're very upset 😞 and we actually liked this store and what it offers. but needs better customer service and someone who knows what there doing .

Lacking customer service skills. The lady there had to wait till the cashier to repeatedly call her out just to help. Quick tip before you purchase something go to the next beauty store to compare the price. 9 out of 10 it'll be cheaper.

If someone never stole from your store and you’re hovering over them. It’s racist. Not everyone of color on Elizabeth is a delinquent.

On Christmas Day I went into store around 10:30 am to purchase coco butter , and got discriminated toward shame on this business, Korean guy approached me with remarks ! The Korean approach me saying you always come in my store to look around and never buy anything he needs to be removed from the Elizabeth store due to discrimination. I always go to the store he need to check the cámara I told him and I can also bring my bank card print outs to prove every time I purchase anything from the store. He should not make you feel uncomfortable when coming inside store to shop. I’m African American “black” this is a disgrace for a business to be racist like this ! It was the Korean manager who did this to me ….

The owner is definitely racist towards Black women. I wish the reviews were wrong. But they are not. He would not even look me in my face when i was PAYING for my items. I didn’t like my experience their. Shame on him and his underpaid workers who followed me around.

This store owner/manager is racist. I don't get a good feel from here. I was very uncomfortable. The store worker kept following me around asking if I needed help when I already said No. I'll call you when I need assistance. Stay away from here if you're black.

The variety in hair, supplies, accessories and more is beautiful. The interior is big and the staff speak to you in a very comfortable manner. It could be pricey for some things and cheap for others but I love how there is a store that anyone but more specifically black people could go to for hair related items of good quality. I added 2 photos to give an idea (sorry if the photos aren’t good).

I went into the store with my friends and we were looking for a lace and they kept following us and then told us that we had to leave cause they don’t want us in the store saying we can’t touch the laces which we understood and stopped touching them and they literally harassed us like never again.

i personally like coming to this place because they sell things that i can't find in other stores. however, every time i enter the store to look for something i feel personally uncomfortable because im not sure if the asian man there has dealt with shoplifting in the past before and feels afraid that any customer that walks in is going to steal, but i find it very uncomfortable to try to find what im looking for and this man keeps following me everywhere i go. this will be the last time i walk into this store to try to find what i need, the selection of products is great but i dont feel comfortable coming into the store.

Great store! A bit expensive, but a good variety of items.

They do not close @7pm on Sunday! It is 6:10 and the shutter is down!

They are a bit pricier than other beauty stores nearby and the personnel can be a bit rude sometimes. But if you're looking for a store that has a bit of everything then this store is a good candidate to check out

I brought a soft & beautiful botanicals Texturizer on July 14/15th, not sure of the date because I no longer have my receipt- wasn’t expecting this. Today is July 20th & I finally opened the box, BOTH bottles of texturizer were OPENED & dried out. One bottle was completely upside down. Now I have to run out & grab another one from somewhere else, because I don’t even trust getting another one from here 😢

There was so much to choose from and the staff was nice.

They are a good place to shop with decent prices just didnt have what i needed this time it was out of stock but that happens
