Everything was delicious my server was great loved it all

Rico was great with the service. The food was good, too. The deco was a little worn, but not shoddy. We had a very nice meal and would visit again.

service was excellent, food was good but had to pack up leftovers too leave as the air conditioning wasn't working on a hot day. Hopefully it's fixed, maybe next time put a sign on door or have staff warn as people could have heart conditions.

I went there today with my friend her child and my sister. Our service was horrible. Our appetizer was rough. When we first came in our server got our drinks and we let her know we were waiting on our friend. She never came back to get our appetizer order and I wasn't even aware I could order it on the tablet. The bread we received was hard and when our friend came she ordered alfredo for her breadsticks and didn't get it until our food came and we had to tell the food runner we never received it. We had a zoupa soup as well that looked like they just put the bottom of the pot in a bowl it was more like a chowder. Being a server I understand being in the weeds and forgetting but the fact that she didn't apologize she didn't try to help or check on us after the manager refilled our drinks and fixed our soup she didn't comment on us not eating our appetizer it was like she literally did not care. And the mangaer wasn't very warm either. We seemed like a hassle. Just so so disappointing.

Had - SHRIMP FRITTO MISTO TOUR OF ITALY CHEESE RAVIOLI SICILIAN CHEESE CAKE Penny our server was great, she was amazing. I would recommend her. Please do ask for her every-time you visit there.

Abigail was our server. Very nice server and good service. The Alfredo seafood pasta was very delicious - prices are decent. 2 people we ate and had drinks and left full, satisfied and paid only $50. Will definitely stop at more of Olive Garden locations . Tip: most of the dishes come with shaved cheese on top - so if you are not a cheese lover, ask the server not to add it on top.

Good food but a little wider verity would be appreciated. Seems like most dishes are pasta with cheese sauce pick a protein. Does not represent Italian cuisine quite accurately but it's Olive garden and you don't go there because you want to go to Italy.

Arrived nearly at 10 (they're open til 11). The child at the host booth informed me there'd be 10 to 15 minute wait - which was odd considering the restaurant was 75% empty. (That's a generous estimate.) So I asked to go to the bar instead. He shuffled off for a minute before returning to inform me that wouldn't also be a 10 to 15 minute wait. (There were two customers in the bar.) Can't speak to the quality of the food. Because I left.

Stopped for soup and salad and they didn’t tell us when we ordered that they were out of all but one soup and the one soup they had was not hot. Told waitress this and she brought another not hot bowl. Salad didn’t have much of any dressing and didn’t get breadsticks until after everything else. Know we came in a hour before close but even with that if they should have told us they were out of soups when went to order. Very disappointing. Won’t ever go back to this location.

I happy to give this specific Olive Garden four stars because the waitress was attentive, and helpful. The food was fabulous and the timing of the appetizers was yummy..This restaurant has improved greatly, despite so many years of poor management. One could only fathom that someone, with a smart noodle, has brought this restaurant back onto the go-to place for lunch! My only concern is the unexplained technology now being used to pay for the meals, I ended paying for someone else's meal...OOOps

We were thrilled with Olive Garden’s excellent service! We were in Elkhart for my daughters swim meet and I wanted to throw her a VERY last minute pasta party for her birthday. It was an early evening on Saturday, place was as busy as it gets! Usually they need at least 4 hours notice for large takeout orders, but the manager and staff made it work for me within just 1.5 hours! The food was delicious and we ended up having a fantastic last minute pasta party for swimmers! Thank you so much, Olive Garden manager and staff!

Jala was our waitress tonight! She was extremely friendly, check on us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, and was very courteous. The food tasted fantastic and I can honestly say the customer service was fantastic. Couldn't have had a better experience if we tried! Please give Jala a raise she is absolutely amazing!!:))))❤️

It was as good as Olive Garden normally is but the prices are definitely dramatically different from the last time I was in one of these establishments within the last two to three years everything was good but it certainly wasn't as good as what the price tag attached to it would suggest

Came for date night with my husband and we were both pleasantly surprised. It's been years since we were last here and it was better than we recalled. The food was so fresh and good. I ordered the Chicken Marsalla and the chicken was so tender and moist. The wine was fresh and the service was spot on. Bianca was our server and she was very attentive and personable. We will definitely be back !

Came here yesterday for a late dinner. I usually take Olive Gardens with a grain of salt (No pun intended), but this one was actually pretty good. Service was good, the food game out very quickly and the Marsala was pretty good, probably the best thing I've had at Olive Garden.

The soup was cold, and there were no breadsticks. When our waitress finally came back to see how our food was. She was not surprised that the soup was cold. The salad was 30% onions. We were very disappointed in Olive Garden this time.

Dinner was horrible last time we were there. But pasta fagoli appetizer is still very good but I really should of sent my dinner back .It was dry over cooked five cheese something the waitress was polite and I am just tired of complaining in this new atmosphere and economy.

Our server was so sweet and made sure that everything was perfect! We just stopped in for a quick lunch with salads and pasta. The food came quickly and was piping hot! I do wish the breadsticks were as soft and garlicky as they were years ago, but that seems to have changed at all Olive Gardens so nothing specific to this location. We will go back when in the area.

I love my Olive Garden, everyone knows that. But this one, service-wise, I have to say is impressive. I ordered takeout and they gave me a lunch portion instead of the dinner portion that I ordered (I like to eat off it for a few days for lunch at work), so I called and asked them to fix it, and they not only gave me the dinner portion I ordered, they let me keep the lunch portion and also threw in a free dessert of my choice. I chose the pumpkin cheesecake and it was delicious. Thanks guys for the positive experience!

Great food, service was excellent, food came out quicker than expected. Cheesy Ravioli was phenomenal and the Pasta e fagioli soup was good too.

Our server was very nice and knowledgeable on the menu. We had the endless soup and salads and asked if we could have different soups. She offered many times to try other soups and brought them out efficiently. Wait time was less than usually and we got seated quickly on a Friday night.

Today I had lunch with a family member and I notice when I received my food the my silverware was not clean properly as I unwrap my silverware I notice there was food stuck to my fork salad and I ended up using a my lunch fork to try enjoy my salad plus the food cooks need to improve the food experience cause what I saw today I was not too happy for a popular place that many folks enjoy consuming good food and I don't normally have any problems about food or silverware but today was not good.. I know its a job cook and wash dishes and serve but if its not too much could olive garden workers do there best job even on a bored day!

Extremely rude hostesses. 3 different people did the call ahead so we weren't sitting together. One couple showed up, they checked in to see how much longer. Were told 50 minutes. When they arrived at 40 minutes after the call they were told they called ahead, it was 45 minutes again. When we called in I was told 40-45 minutes. When we arrived after 35 minutes we told them we called ahead. They told us it would be a 60 minute longer wait. I said we called ahead. She told me it wasn't her problem... the 3rd couple experienced the same rude comment. Then she turned around and walked away. Needless to say we all took our business elsewhere and will continue to spread the word...

Service was great. The quality of the food has gone downhill from what OG used to be. Prices were high for the quality of food. Overall, it was not a disaster, but I would like to see the quality improve for the price you have to pay.

Everything was AMAZING until my husband got his 6 oz steak almost raw and he asked for medium/well. Our waitress and the manager were very accommodating as they made him another steak and took the other one off our bill.

Not too bad, be sure to join waitlist online before coming, it saves so much time. The only downfall was I order the never ending dipping sauce and never got it. I asked for cheese ony meal and got little...I mean hello , I came for the freshly shredded cheese! If the waiter is stingy with my cheese im.stingy with my tip

We decided on lunch at Olive Garden knowing it would be busy because of the church crowd. We were told it would be about a 50 minute wait and in less than 10 minutes we were seated. Service was great. The food was exactly what you expect.

The food was good, service was fantastic. They're just a little short staffed right now. It's probably because they don't pay anything.
