Wow what a gym, I can't say enough good things about it Good, strong bodybuilding equipment, brilliant friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be training her again next time I'm in the area. If I could give it more stars I would 💪🏼

Excellent gym! The equipment here is for one thing and one thing only, building MUSCLE! The staff are great lads who are always on hand with tips and pointers and plenty of banter, wether you want to hear it or not 😂 The owner is proud, and rightly so. He has a fountain of knowledge and advice that he is always willing to share. Wether it be fitness orientated or a personal conversation. He is always willing to help. Personally, this is THE only gym for me! 💪

It was like stepping back in time in a good way I hadn't trained in there for 27 years good memories of the gym and had a good chat with new owner very friendly staff and customers in there made very welcome would definitely train there again.

Propa gym with good vibe and spirit!! When you look at the equipment is like having a trip back in time to 80s!! Propa bodybuilding machines! I would confidently say probably the best gym i’ve been to in UK! Amazing atmosphere! Friendly staff! 10/10

Its a old fashioned Men's gymnesium. No sauna, swimming pool or tennis ground. However, there is an amazing sense of brotherhood in this place. The owner Dave and scott are helpful person. More importantly, everyone is friendly and always giving helpful advice on working out. I really love the place. One more thing, to these people, this is not only gym, they love and respect the place and this emotion is infectious.

Possibly the best welcome I've ever had to a gym! Can't praise the staff member Dave enough great guy! Gyms amazing also! Old school, guys only. Wish I found it sooner cannot recommend it enough
