Best burger I had in a long time. Great scenery and tasety beers.

This restaurant can be found away from the business of the city centre and is a gem. The food I ate here was among the most delicious I’ve eaten in the Netherlands and the staff were friendly and courteous. Situated in what I assume is an old factory or warehouse, the restaurant has a very rustic feel. There is a large selection of IPA beers and delicious ciders. Excellent all round experience.

This place is very cool. With a lovely setting and location, awesome beers from neighboring Oersoep micro brewery and fantastic burgers and other dishes. I really liked the mixture of 40s/40s, mothers with babies and older couples. This is very cool for a cozy great time. Tips: try going for beer tastings; know in advance that there is no waiting service- you order at the bar and pick up the food from the kitchen (cool concept but better to know in advance before you sit at top floor away from kitchen...); pulled pork was so great that it’s even better than the burgers. Sadly it’s only a temp special now.. I had the Stoom Burger which contains a pile of pp which is fantastic. All in all, very cool place to come back to, it would have been best to know some tips in advance and to book a table to avoid waiting with a beer in your hand.

STOOM is really a whole ✨vibe✨, not just a restaurant. The beer selection is phenomenal, so many great local and craft beers to choose from for any drinker in a group (including those who prefer non-alcoholic). A lovely patio setting, with lots of seating and a few benches make up a “smoking section”. I would recommend eating anything smoked! Also, the service is great, really friendly and attentive.

Quite a nice place to have a good meal in an ex food factory. Don't expect too much service, there are no table service at all so you need to get your order by yourself (you get a beeper when ordering at the counter). The seats and tables are basic too, but the environment and atmosphere really laidback.

Burger was ok-ish, but nothing special and if you compare the price/quality to other places in Nijmegen it was sub par. The fries were very greasy The "coleslaw" was just grated carrot and cabbage with a lot of smoked paprika powder. It was like they forgot most of the ingredients. When we told the waiter about this no action was taken and the full price was charged. The overall rating seem to be still from the previous brewpub, which was a lot better! I would not recommend this place for food!

Even though not in the centre of the city, if you are searching for craft beer, it’s the place to go.

"Die Ur-Suppe!" Booked a guided tour. In Dutch. Actually, none of us was capable of speaking Dutch, but the guide and the other visitors were absolutely nice and helpful and just brilliant. Due to the fact that Dutch and German are both West Germanic languages, we were able to understand most of the content. The venue is great and the beers are delicious. I highly recommend Northern Funk.

I went here with my colleagues to chill and have drinks. The location is quite far from the city center, however, it is also the reason why the place is perfect for a cozy catch up with friends away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view of the river from second floor is magnificent. Service is good and staff are great as well. I ordered the Pulled Pork, it was nice, delish, but I'm quite not sure if the price is right. The beers are nice and tasty, you have to scan the QR code in the menu to see the entire list of all the beers. Too bad that some of the beers are not available that time. If you plan to go here, better if you go by bike or car (but you can't drink as much), this is 30mins walk from the train station and/or around 18 mins walk from the nearest bus stop. :). I could imagine that the place has a lot for you to explore if you come and visit during summer or when the sun is out so you can sit outside and enjoy the drinks under the sun overlooking the river and the bridge.
