She's not always the world's most decisive person but the lady who looked after us here was patient, offering good advice and guiding her through a whole range of choices. I think that her colleagues recognised that I had reached the point of being ready to wander so they offered me a coffee whilst my wife perused the entire range. In the end we chose the right bits and came away very happy. As my wife was looking for something from a previous range the staff also told us where the outlet store for Pandora was in case we could get there. Throughout the purchase the team member was happy to talk with my wife in English. Faultless customer service. Thank you.

Came to the store, stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to at least acknowledge my existence, but nothing happened with two consultants being in the room. Decided to come back later when there would be less people and still, not even a hello, no “I’ll be with you in five minutes” nothing, just straight up ignoring my presence. Came to try out a few pieces of their jewellery to decide which one to buy, but I guess they don’t really need my money 🤷
