Terrible
service!
Disorganized
scheduling,
they
have
no
respect
for
patients.
My
mother
lives
super
far
away
and
since
we
signed
the
contract,
they
have
come
up
with
something
new.
We
know
that
there
are
implants
today
that
are
performed
on
the
same
day.
But
it
depends
on
the
capacity
and
professionalism
of
each
clinic,
which
is
not
the
case
with
you.
We
split
it
into
10
installments
on
the
card
they
pushed
us
saying
we
would
have
more
benefits.
But
not
really!
On
the
26/06,
my
mother
came
from
Peruibe,
to
carry
out
the
consultation
to
place
the
crowns
and
they
informed
me
that
there
was
an
“error”
and
that
it
was
actually
the
23/06.
And
that
there
would
be
no
way
to
answer
her.
Hey,
I
ask

What
if
she
wasn't
able
to
change
the
ticket?!
What
if
she
didn't
have
a
place
to
stay
in
São
Paulo?!
What
would
you
do?!
They
apologized
and
she
had
to
turn
around?!
Would
they
be
as
right
as
they
did?!
Trying
to
reduce
my
ability

Terrible
professional
attendants,
they
don't
know
how
to

with
conflicts,

pass
correct
information
clearly
and
objectively
to

customer.
I

clinic
twice
with

mother,
and

times
they
looked
like

friends.
Not

that

mother
never
left
there
with
clear
information
about

next
step
would
be.
We
have
been
undergoing
treatment
for
9
months,
paying
in
installments,
only
to
experience
nervousness
and
frustration.
My
mother
loves
to
smile,
and
for
some
time
she
has
been
unable
to
do
so
out
of
embarrassment.
And
you
are
helping
to
make
this
not
possible
due
to
a
lack
of
humanization.
She
got
the
treatment
for
her
birthday,
she
completed
another
year
of
life
and
still
hasn't
finished
the
treatment.
I
will
make
it
clear
here
and
everywhere
possible.
One
more
problem
with
her
treatment
and
you
will
win
a
lawsuit.
