I think the people at this clinic don't want money. I went to the clinic today to do an evaluation, a girl who wasn't at reception because the receptionists were busy. This girl arrived at the time I was waiting, I don't know which department she was from, I asked if I could do an evaluation she said yes if I had my documents I said no, she said you have to have the documents she asked me to come back later with the documents she didn't even ask me if I knew the number she could have at least asked me if I knew my documents and assist me but no, so I went to another one on the side that assisted me and I even started my treatment with them at the same time.

My mother was deceived, they charged absurd amounts, for personal reasons she had to move to another city and they refused to cancel the contract even though she returned for the entire procedure. Okay, he decided to do the treatment and for a procedure that they charged for, they saw that he didn't need to do it, but they still don't return the money, it's like credit, my joke, this isn't a serious company and I don't recommend it. I will be submitting a complaint here and going to Procon. Smiling is not a company, it is a shame.

When I went to complete my treatment, they informed me that I had a tooth that needed a root canal, that I would later need to have a reconstruction on that tooth, that I needed to have all my wisdom teeth removed once and for all, and THANK GOD at least one ethical person in that place showed up for me, the dentist, who at the time he was getting ready to do the supposed root canal, informed me that there was actually nothing wrong with my tooth, asked for another panoramic view and saw that there was literally nothing. Detail: I had already paid for my entire treatment at PIX (I was very naive) and it totaled more than 3000 reais, most of which were UNNECESSARY things THEY INVENTED. It didn't stop there, when it's time to reimburse you, it's endless hassle, either you make a mess and stay on top of them or they don't give it back to you, and if you "dare" to say that you're going to file a complaint with procon or something like that, Like, they'll just tell you to go ahead. I finally gave up on this clinic, they traumatized me at the dentist, some of my money they reimbursed me after a LOT of COST and the other part is with them because I will never trust them to take care of something so serious, I'd rather lose than go through something worse , because they are professionals, I could spend hours talking about everything I experienced in this place, which cannot even be called a clinic.

I went to talk to manager Vitória, she was very rude to me and I felt embarrassed by the way she treated me. I went to tell her that I didn't want to have two implants anymore, because I'm not sure about having surgery. I went to research the SORRIDENTE clinic in the complaint here, there were surreal amounts of complaints. And the value of the implants I wanted to pass on to my brother. She just left me talking to myself. I would like this issue to be resolved, as I am very dissatisfied with the clinic, and even more so with this manager!

Horrible experience at this clinic! I underwent treatment (fixed braces) when I lived close to this clinic, but when moving from the South to the East, I tried to find out if the treatment was already at an end because if it was too long, I would end it there and look for a closer one. The Doctor informed me that there were around 2/3 months left and I agreed to finish. They discharged me from the fixed and made the furniture twice (the first time my tooth was crooked, because it took them a long time to deliver the furniture, the second time they made the mold with my crooked tooth). I went to talk to Cinthia (Unit Manager) who simply had the worst day of my life, she said that the treatment that was completed by the doctor would actually take another 1 or 2 years, she started charging me amounts of which the dentist herself and The receptionist said that I didn't need to pay since it was the clinic's error with the tooth being crooked, in addition to stating that if the clinic made a mistake "I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IT!". I left the clinic crying and never went back, a terrible place, where the information doesn't add up!!! The prices are affordable, but is the emotional value worth it?

I love the service at Tereza Smiling. I live in the neighborhood and recommend it to everyone. The reception is 10, doctors are good people and whenever I go there I make a point of having a coffee
