If Google reviews had a 10 star, I would have given this hotel a 10 star review. This is the best hospitality I have received in this whole county. The staff are great and the manager is always around to check if guests are satisfied with their services. My team and I got our shoes wiped and labelled and each of us got a newspaper in the morning over some good breakfast.

Hotel with the best customer service in Embu. Anytime you order food for get a bone soup starter for free. On your stay there your car gets free car wash & a free newspaper in the morning. This really touched me. I will recommend it always

Excellent Customer Service. Great rooms. People friendly staff. Very delicious food as well. This hotel has taken everything a notch higher. I definitely recommend for short/long term stay. Has free car wash for visitors, in the morning they offer you with the days newspaper for free. They even clean your shoes for free

The reception is perfectly good, customer service is equally good. The service speed could be improved. Overall, it's a classy restaurant with a variety of foodstuffs from all walks of life.

The hotel welcomes you with a glass of juice or soup..very good customer service....the porridge served in traditional calabash is super delicious! The theme of the outside eatery is recycled wheel rims ...quite interesting!! In general, great ambience and service!

Elsol hotel is located in a very strategic place,a few meters from Nairobi to Embu highway,it's opposite new slopes restaurant on you way to the old majengo or opposite the mosque at old majengo .Do you know this? Elsol is among the most nice hotels in Embu Town, for this has alot of customers who always visit the hotel every now and then to enjoy their good services and offers as Elsol offers a variety of free services all the times of the day,much more to that their staff members are professionals and have courtesy to handle clients ,since they have high experience and skills in catering and the alike.Elsol has a very spacious parking in it's compound.The place is very beautiful and admirable to many as they have a flower garden at their compound, likewise it is very conducive and very secure since they've guards at their premise. If you need safety then Elsol is the best place to be .They have accommodation, hall ,free Wi-Fi and much more,all you need is to vist this place, have fun and enjoy yourself at Elsol,their meals and beverages are delicious, though abit expensive, i know you can,why not make a budget?.....

Love the creativity displayed in their decor, love their services, love how one is served with a glass of fresh blended juice or a cup of soup to your liking before placing an order, love the extra services of: shoe polishing, free newspaper and free carwash services for your car if you spend the night here, love the active and fast wifi, love their food and their prices are relatively affordable...my highlight for this place is the location...it's serene, away from the noisy hustle and bustle of the town...forever my favourite place...

I'm glad I visited Elsos which is by far the best hotel of its standard that i have been to. The staff is especially nice and the food is awesome! The rooms are very beautiful too

The customer service is on Point!! They got my luggage from the car to my room, we were welcomed with a cup of bone soup (I love soup) and the rooms are nice. Come dinner, the food is really nice & the portions are homely, yaani utashiba! I will definitely be going back. Only niggle is my tv was faulty. Fix that & we’re good!!

To say they're one of a kind is an understatement. The warmest staff I have ever encountered, most delicious food and I totally love their car themed restaurant. It's located at a good distance from the main road, tucked away from disturbance. I got value for my money. I will definitely come back.
