Good selection of literature. Convenient location of the store on the street. Volskaya. Not very polite staff. Not interested in selling. Doesn't help in choosing literature. When purchasing a torn book, the seller did not give a discount. I really needed this particular edition, I had to buy it in torn form without a discount. I saw the store owner’s response to my message, sent off the receipt and the book, but the situation was still not resolved. This means the store owner does not value his reputation. Today we bought another book, I again asked about the one with a defect, however, the consultant told me that no one forced me to buy a torn book. The service is terrible. For 301 rubles, spoil your reputation and drive away regular customers.
