Wat too expensive. For the price I’d expect a spotless and sparkling clean room. There were many signs of wear in the bathroom. The joints on the tiles didn't always look nice and there were lots of water stains in the corners. Towels were supper fluffy and big. :) The breakfasts is also to expensive. Coffee tastes bad and there is only a small choice. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

We were both very impressed after leaving our bags there in the morning - the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Checking in later in the day was something neither of us had experienced before - we were personally shown to and around our beautifully furnished room. Location is fantastic, being close to the metro and plenty of bars/restaurants. Sauna and steam room downstairs were both great. There is absolutely nothing to fault about this hotel. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Wow! This is an absolutely magical place. Both my husband and I stayed here for 5 days while staying in Paris. First off, when I booked my room, I contacted the hotel via email and they were quick to respond to my questions. They never were rude and if anything they made me feel totally at home from the moment we checked in. In fact, they even saw my face and based on my email, greeted me personally when we walked into the lobby. They immediately took our luggage to our room and the lovely staff woman gave a drink, had us sit down in the lobby and enjoy. She then proceeded to give us a mini tour of the entire facility. Now, it was clear she knew we were a couple. She never blinked or made us feel weird. We were there to celebrate an anniversary as so we booked the most romantic room with a big jacuzzi hot tub. Wow. This bathroom was like another room. We loved it. She took us to our room and she explained that wanted us to make sure we had the most romantic time possible. She was so adorable and made us feel welcomed. Thank you! We loved everything about this hotel. The 24 hour access steam room was also a perk. We are for sure going to book this hotel the next time we head back to Paris.

Found this hotel by accident and I am happy I did. We had a great stay here. The rooms are uniquely decorated each with a different Paris theme. The bed was comfortable. The shower came with full rain and wall jet shower heads. The room was equipped with multiple mood lighting configurations and colors. Black out curtains. The prices were fair for Paris. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was cute inside. Small seating area to eat or drink. We did not try the spa options. The room size was average for Paris, small if you are familiar with US rooms.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after here, the front of house team are really excellent. Our room was a Moulin Rouge theme and was very comfortable - the spa bath was a great way to smooth tired legs from all the sight seeing. The location is fantastic - lots of great local restaurants within minutes and a great feel to the place. We we’re celebrating a special event and the hotel couldn’t have been more generous and really made our stay special. It’s definitely worthwhile booking to use the spa facility - we found it to be superb. Breakfast is great and they accommodated a gluten intolerant member of party really well. We loved this hotel and would recommend to all!

What a wonderful time we had at the Secret de Paris Hotel! Super great location, lovely rooms, a cozy lobby, and excellent value for the money. Perhaps the biggest highlight was Julian, the extremely attentive night manager who really made our stay special. Highly recommend this unique stay in the heart of Paris.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to make an exception for this ☺️ from the moment we checked in to checkout, the service was brilliant! I didn't catch his name (tall guy with a ponytail), but he was so friendly and accommodating. The room was stunning, loved the bathroom and it really is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway. Housekeeping was on point - very good! And I decided to treat myself to a full body massage - it was amazing. The lady that did my massage is Violetta - do ask for her personally if you're looking to get a massage. Amongst all the hustle and bustle, this hotel really is a place you can unwind and relax :)

I arrived around 13:00 at the hotel after a 8 hour drive. I wanted to check in but the check in was at 15:00. No problem went for lunch and returned at the hotel on 14:30. I asked if the room was ready. No it was not. I waited another 30 minutes and went back to the receptionist. Room was still not ready. Receptionist said 2 minutes. Waited 25 minutes and then finaly in the room. The room was nice. I wanted to take a shower but the shower would not get warm. Receptionist said: we have a problem with our boiler and hot water starts at 17:00… 17:00: hot water was not fixed yet they wanted to give me a hour in the jacuzzi. I have a jacuzzi in my room so i didnt want that. After a talk with the staff the gave me a good alternative. And by giving this alternative they did help out a lot. The room was clean. The room was nice. The staff was friendly. They helped out great. Only problem was the hot water.

We had a super cozy stay of 6 nights at this hotel and were given an exceedingly favourable impression. The rooms have unique and colourful designs and are kept very clean. We really enjoyed returning to our room and private hot tub. Breakfast was also good with different options for eggs and coffee. The people who work here are friendly, polite and helpful. Would stay here again.

Each room has a different theme relating to a location in Paris. Our room was a Moulin Rouge theme while others might be the Eiffel tower or the Louvre, etc. It's quirky and I enjoyed how unique it was. Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast included cereal, fruit salad, cheeses, cold meat, pastries, yoghurt & cooked eggs. Everyone was friendly and spoke English well.

Our recent stays at Hotel Secret de Paris was an absolute dream. We had the pleasure of experiencing two uniquely enchanting rooms during on two different occasions: the Trocadero Room and the Galerie Opéra Room, and both left us utterly impressed. The Trocadero Room's design was a work of art. The attention to detail, from the beautifully crafted furnishings to the soft color palette, created a serene and intimate atmosphere. The highlight, of course, was the stunning four-poster bed with its luxurious canopy, where we enjoyed a restful night's sleep. the Galerie Opéra Room offered a completely different yet equally enchanting experience. The room's artistic decor, inspired by the world of ballet and opera, was a feast for the eyes. We marveled at the hand-painted murals and the delicate ballet-themed touches that adorned the room. It was like stepping into a work of art. The hotel staff were gracious and attentive, always ready to assist with our requests and provide recommendations for dining and exploring the city. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring Paris. We found ourselves within easy reach of iconic landmarks such as Montmartre, and we relished the opportunity to stroll along the Seine River. After a day of exploring, returning to the Trocadero Room was like returning to a haven of tranquility. Our experience at the Hotel Secret de Paris, particularly in the Trocadero Room, exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're seeking a romantic and luxurious retreat in the heart of Paris, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Our stay here made our Parisian adventure truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return for another enchanting experience.

Our recent stay at the Hotel Secret de Paris was nothing short of enchanting. We had the pleasure of experiencing not one, but two uniquely themed rooms during on two different visits several weeks apart: the Trocadero Room and the Galerie Opéra Room. Each room offered its own delightful surprises and unforgettable moments. The Trocadero Room was a romantic retreat that felt like something out of a fairytale. The elegant four-poster bed with its flowing canopy instantly set the stage for a dreamy stay. The room's intricate details, including the ornate moldings and soft color palette, created an atmosphere of pure romance. It was the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the City of Love. In contrast, the Galerie Opéra Room was a celebration of artistic elegance. Its design drew inspiration from the world of opera, with beautiful artwork adorning the walls and a grand piano that added a touch of sophistication. We felt like patrons of a private gallery, surrounded by the cultural richness of Paris. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready with insider tips to help us make the most of our time in Paris. Their genuine enthusiasm for our comfort and enjoyment was truly appreciated. The hotel's location, nestled in a quiet street while remaining close to major attractions, was a true asset. We were able to explore iconic landmarks like the Louvre and the Palais Garnier with ease, and the Montmartre district was just a short walk away. Our experience at the Hotel Secret de Paris, with its charming Trocadero and Galerie Opéra rooms, was a journey into Parisian elegance and creativity. If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable stay in the heart of Paris, this hotel is an absolute gem. We can't wait to return for more adventures in their enchanting themed rooms.

The Secrets de Paris is a beautiful boutique hotel and the front of house staff was wonderful. They treated us well even though we could only say a few greetings in French. Our room was Moulin Rouge themed with a circular king size bed and jacuzzi bath. The ambiance is romantic and the location is especially close to the sacre coeur and moulin rouge. The only misconception I had about the place is that the hamman, jacuzzi and sauna are advertised as amenities but are not included with the room. Each was an additional charge but once reserved, the space is yours for the allotted time. I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back!

Wow... what a stay! We recently stayed in the Secret de Paris Hotel & Spa during our trip to Paris and we were certainly not disappointed! From the moment we arrived, the service was 5 star to the moment we checked out. The staff were super friendly and helpful and it really did make the stay so lovely for us. The rooms were so unique and spacious (especially for Paris) and we absolutely loved the themes! The bed was very large and comfy & the bathroom was superb. We stayed in the Opera room with a jacuzzi which was such a treat. We enjoyed a morning in the spa where we had champagne in the private Jacuzzi room. It was great as you can also play your own music there! Thanks so much again to the lovely staff for a great stay- we will definitely be coming again and highly recommend!

Interesting hotel, extremely nice staff and Paris themed rooms. Breakfast is good and there is a spa (paid) in the basement. Only downside is that rooms are a bit small and bathroom wall was a see through glass which nade things a bit... unusual :)

Helpful and friendly staff, rooms were small but clean, quiet and comfortable. I recommend reserving the Sauna.

Small room but average for European hotels. The room was clean, a big plus. But very dark. If you need light to apply make-up you will be frustrated. Breakfast was okay but for the price you might find a local cafe with a better value.

+ Super friendly staff. (Happy to help with every ask) + Nice area ! (lots of nice restaurants and shops) --> Really "Parisian" spot + Room was fairly spacious and clean. - Decoration is not my taste ! But I'm not sure I was the target audience (business trip). Hard to make a video conference from the room as the decoration is so special. Probably would have enjoyed the decoration more in a different context.

Loved staying at this hotel! The service was wonderful (welcomed with a coffee upon arrival) and the rooms were great! It really is one of the best kept secrets in Paris. Love how the different rooms have different themes and the location is super convenient!

The Opera room with jacuzzi is amazing and beautiful. Very romantic. But also small. Very polite and wonderful staff (all them!!) Just advice, improve a little bit the breakfast 😉

Wow!!!! What an amazing place! Beautiful decor, amazing jacuzzi in the room, windows that open to the street, superb staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing! We wanted to go to a traditional burlesque show and one of the concierge went as far as asking a friend for one near by and wound up suggesting The Crazy Horse which was phenomenal! The breakfast was very good as well as the nightly drink bar. Also, a beautiful location for all kinds of photos to be taken. I would LOVE to stay here again!
