It was a joy to have Del Taco today. I'm from St Louis, where it's been over ten plus year's since we had last had a Del Taco there. Food was better than I remember. Staff was very friendly. It was a long drive for Del Taco, but worth it.

Shrimp burrito is pretty fabulous for a chain taco shop.... this location is always really great for everything.... service, quality hot food, prices and the shop is very clean. Always the same happy crew, I kinda like that....I see em and I'm saying to myself "yup, it's gonna be a good one". I can't say that much these days.

EDIT: the owner obviously is just giving an automated response, as the only way to make it right would be to bring back the Beyond items, also the staff as this particular location always forget to put the hot sauce in the bag, they are completely incompetent. I’ve been coming to this location almost every week for years now to order their Beyond meat tacos. It was so awesome that Del Taco was one of the few fast food restaurants to offer a plant based meat selection. Just for this put them above so many of their competitors. Unfortunately, tonight I went to the drive thru to be told they DISCONTINUED the items.. after years. This is such a huge slap in the face to the veggie community, yet another fast food restaurant who has eliminated one of their best options for their vegan customers. The 8 layer and bean burritos are simply not good alternatives. They do not even offer black beans and their refried pinto beans are dry and give me a stomach ache. So, farewell Del Taco. Good job on alienating a portion of your customers. I will not be coming back to give you my patronage or money. Shame on corporate.

0 out of 5 stars. These guys are trash absolute trash. I have written a review in the past about them closing before the time that they have posted that they will be open till. Here is the thing it isn’t inclement weather outside it’s just after 2am and they clearly haven’t addressed the issue. Staff is still standing there watching through the window and refuses to talk to me. I am very put out and would love for management to reach out. Because this is absolutely ridiculous. I have seen three other cars come through while writing this review and the same thing has happened to all of them. No service whatsoever. (Side note) I have to up date my old review because they won’t let me ad a new one. Previous review from 7 month ago with the same issues Closed early every time I have come after 2 am..they choose to ignore anyone in their drive through even though their hours say they are open till three..situation could be avoided if they where to upgrade their hours

No matter what time you come, their fries are always cold. Only myself and one other car in the drive-through, and it was 10 minutes. Ordered the fish taco meal. Asked for extra sauce, usually there's not much. They added it to my bill and put on so much sauce, it was drowning, and sauce was everywhere. Also the topping were thrown into my tacos at such great speed, most of it missed the corn tortilla. The fish portion was so small, it was hard to find a solid bite. Then the total bill was $15. What a horrible experience.

Taco Tuesday is cheap, but your getting the stale shells that didn't get used the week leading up to Taco Tuesday. They are also very skimpy and usually broken. Best time for the freshest food is during the lunch hours, otherwise beware. Also, the Del Rewards program is a joke. I'm at the highest tier/level of the rewards program (EPIC) and have yet to receive any of the perks the program has to offer for reaching this level. Don't waste your time participating. I have had to contact customer service numerous times to request points earned on a purchase only to get free non-appealing food items with a MINIMUM purchase amount. They offered this and not the points I actually earned. This is what you get when you order a breakfast burrito. Bland looking eggs from a box loaded with a dirty grill color. Not to mention, they're super greasy. You're better off getting a breakfast burrito from a local Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast. Same cost also. C'mon Man.

Two beef burritos for $6 is an amazing deal.

Great place for a quick inexpensive snack, lunch or dinner . It's clean it's accessible never a line. At this day it was better to Taco Bell because they had tamales.

Dropped by after work today, had a coupon for a buy one get double del cheeseburger..the employee at the counter was trying not to take the coupon. After they did under her reluctance to do so, guess what? Never got the extra burger. Shady employee? Probably. The last time I was at this del taco they left out items from my order before. Just felt like I had to say something this time.

The Hispanic woman running the window needs to consider the fact some of us white people speak Spanish as well. She made a comment about me that was very rude. And then they charged me 16 dollars for 4 breakfast burritos, and it was so bad that when I tried to give 3 of the burritos to my coworkers, they all refused it. The food was horrible and poorly prepared. I am just being honest. This place was not a good experience at all. And I felt ripped off, too. And never gave me a receipt.

Gone through the drive through a lot. The last 5 times my order has been missing items, messed up or they just completely leave items off my order. Like wth is going on in there. Check your food before you go home. I ordered 3 chicken tacos, nachos, and 2 crunchy tacos and received 6 bean burritos and chicken tenders. Nobody in line behind me, no way to confuse orders. Fkn done with this place. Rather kill my insides with taco bell and get what I want than eat here again.

If you’re a fan of Del like I am, don’t even bother with this location. I’m starting to wonder if there’s a single fast food joint in Colorado that isn’t overrun by entitled brats with zero customer service skills. It’s amazing when you walk into these places, make eye contact with the employees, and attempt to speak to them. It’s as if you immediately ruined their day. I’m so sorry for spending my money here and giving this establishment a means of paying you for your menial work and effort. The food is the icing on the cake here. Hands down the worst Del Taco in the Denver area.

I ordered 1 taco meal, a torta ,a tostada and fries and instead of the tacos i ordered i got 10 chicken tacos and 2 steak tacos. Not what i ordered. Got a vanilla shake instead of chocolate too.

The reason I give this restaurant location 5 stars across the board is this: The store is as busy as any fast food restaurant in America. The difference is it's always cleaned to the 9's! Fully stocked everything! Windows - cleaned! Floors - Cleaned! Outside, inside, bathroom, floors walls...All spotless, employees go out of there way to be nice, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and understanding. I've been eating at this location for 5+ plus years and will drive past another location to get to this one. The gentleman who runs the show is real laid back, but highly respected by most if not all his employee's. The employee's pride themselves on their customer service abilities. This is how business is to be! Not because I'm old school -or- because I know or are related to an employee. None of those are the case. It's because the employee's have self respect and value a good work environment, from what I can tell. it's food reflects that. Fresh, Hot, Tasty food that's delicious every time, all the time. I stopped in on a Saturday early afternoon for two Del Tacos and mini churros. The inside was clean, the restrooms were clean, and the food was great. The manager was really friendly. I overheard him telling another customer how he'd worked there for 15 years. I think that's very impressive and it shows how much he cares about providing good food and service. If I'm in the area again I would definitely go back.

I just hate leaving one star reviews, but Del Taco has always been one of the worst fast food places of all time. The food has a chemical flavor and the employees seem miserable no matter what location. Treat the employees better and make better food.

Very clean place. The food was good. I had the bacon and brisket burrito which was really nice for fast food. Not a bad place when you're in a hurry.

This is not a great Del Taco. I ordered through the app, like I normally do, and ordered Extra Cheese but, as usual at this Del Taco, almost no cheese at all! I don't mind in the least paying for extra of something, but if I'm getting charged somebody ought to be making sure there's extra. If it's free and not there, whatever. It's always this Del Taco I have an issue with, I think it might be my last visit to this one.

Every time I go here the customer service is awesome! They have good food for a good price. They also have Taco Tuesdays where you can get a certain amount of tacos for $2. Try it out. You might like it. They also serve breakfast.

On June 4 around 11:10 am I pull up to the drive through. I know exactly what I’m ordering, the $5 crispy chicken meal deal that comes with a taco, fries, drink and quesadilla. I can’t even hear the employee through the PA because they’re a mumbling teenager and then they get frustrated when they have to use their adult voice after the fourth time I politely say I can’t hear them. There was nothing but a tiny piece of chicken and ranch in my taco, they just gave me tortillas stuffed into a quesadilla bag with no cheese or anything, fries were so soggy my dog turned his nose up at them. But at least they successfully poured the correct drink. Management, get better babysitters for your employees. They clearly need a bit of hand-holding (and probably hand-washing too!)

The gal at the drive through was so friendly, and went the extra mile and got a chicken strip to give to my dog since he doesn’t like the regular dog biscuits that they had. And the food was great!

These guys are always on top of their game! My family enjoys the food, I enjoy the prices, and we all enjoy the fast convenience.

Usually don’t post negative reviews but I couldn’t even take a bite. My fault for thinking fast food could survive 2020. Looks like it’s back to cooking at home or fasting.

They literally advertise paying 13 an hour. While 1 bedroom apartments are 1600 bucks a month. Dont support people paying slave wages. The mcdonalds across the street starts cashiers at 18 a hour

The food was okay for a fast food taco place but was nicely packaged. Honestly the sauces are very good and that staff was friendly.

I requested well done fries but they tasted like old fries that had been refried. Very nasty tasting. The burritos were very good though.

Though service was fast and friendly, they were out of several items (including what I came for), and I unfortunately drove away without realizing the Sprite syrup was out when they filled my drink. I actually wanted Dr. Pepper but they were out! Better luck next time, I guess.

If you haven’t given Del Taco a try please do 😎 They have more than reasonable prices, great dollar value menu, even a “Beyond” Taco that is awesome… not to mention the breakfast menu… Egg 🥚 and cheese 🧀 “Rollers” are like $1.25 and so good… Don’t get me wrong the other fast food Mexican place is good… But Del Taco is Better 😆

We have eaten at this particular Del Taco many times throughout the years. This last Sunday we went in to the store spent around $30. Took our food to our destination and the beans were so salty that we ended up throwing them away the burritos the nachos. Tried calling the store and all we could try your call again later
