Disappointing, I stayed here for 1 night expecting an awesome room with it being one of the highest priced hotels in the area. The room was a single king and the bed was hard as a rock, the TV was so small I would have been better off just using my phone the light in the entry hall buzzed and flickered on and off the same with the bathroom light. The AC barely worked and the IKEA style furniture was falling apart but there worst part was the mold in the bathroom. I didn't even notice till the next morning when I was getting ready before checkout but there was mold all over the bathroom.

Myself and other family members reserved five rooms as we were there to attend a funeral. The funeral was to begin at 1:00. Check out was at 11. We received an extended check out time so we could stay until time to leave for the funeral. My only issue with my stay was the height of the bed and the lay out of the two beds as I am in a wheelchair and had to move one of the beds over so i could get my chair between the two beds. No big deal, just a slight inconvience. Due to the height of the bed, i had difficulty getting in and out of it on my own and had to have a little help. Overall stay was very pleasant.

The Hampton Inn in Enterprise is a very nice hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Great lighting outside at night. Sanitation measures in place. Room in perfectly clean condition. Great breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay.

The place needs an overhaul. The floor in my room flexed a lot and in the bathroom, it was so bad the grout was coming apart in the tiles. There is a hole in my bath tub and no lamp at my desk. Made it difficult to work. Very little effort was put in to finding a lamp for me when I asked about it at the desk. Electric outlet next to bed is all loose and cords fall out. Had to bend my prongs to get them to stay in. It's fair. Better than Motel 666, but not up to par with the Hilton/Hampton Inn brand.

This review is for the Hampton Inn in Enterprise, Alabama. Room was not ready for early check in as requested. Room was not ready at regular check in time either. Key cards did not open door and was informed it was my fault for having the card next to my phone by one of the house keepers. The other house keepers key did not work either.. had to wait again for cards to be activated to get in room. Bed linen lined the halls outside the rooms. Stains on couch and chair. But the bed slept well.

We had traveled from North Carolina to attend a function at Ft. Novosel--staying at this hotel for two days. This hotel was very convenient for us to travel each day to Ft. Novosel, for National Aviation Day. When we arrived we were tired and were greeted by Gracie Weeks friendly, smiling face. She was so welcoming--making us feel right at home. It was just what we needed. Gracie is not only very personable but is also knowledgeable and very efficient!! When we arrived at suppertime, we asked her to recommend a place to eat. We always prefer local places to try. She smiled and suggested The Craft Bar and Grill. It was excellent---exactly what we were looking for!!!! When we told them Gracie recommended them, we were given the red carpet treatment. Since we were staying two nights, we ate there the next night---just as delicious as the first night. We will definitely come back again. When people enjoy their job it shows. This evident in the way Gracie performed her job. Also the staff cleaning the rooms were friendly and did a wonderful job! Thank you to all of you, keep up the great work.

Dinita, thank you for making that one horrible night I stayed in this hotel better! The room was just horrible to much to explain and I just don’t have the energy. I moved hotels and almost went to a particular Marriott that this same owner owned and I refused to do it!!! This place needs a major overhaul!!! The owner and Hilton, as far as I’m concerned, should be ashamed of themselves! Hilton!!!!! Go out and check your property to make sure they are living up to your name!!

Great staff and really good breakfast, room was clean and a comfortable bed but the bathroom had a shower door with lots of black mold in the track and not real clean tile, bathroom definitely needs updated.

Easy checkin and check out. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is tucked back off the Main Street reducing noise! Hotel is dated in Need of updating to be at Hilton standards.

This hotel could use more updates, there is no electrical outlet by the bed so you have to charge your phone on the other side of the room. Even the iron and board could use an update. No electrical outlet in the room hallway so plugging up the iron you have to use the bathroom outlet or near the desk. The fridge and a/c make random noises which are noticable though the night. There was no light blocking shade on the window so I couldn't keep the room dark to sleep in. The room was not clean. The shower glass was dirty, towels with hair on it. Breakfast was not great. The staff was friendly. A/c vents in the dining room need cleanings.

Stayed for a week and a half with my wife while waiting to move into our house. The ladies working there were quick, efficient, and easy to work with. At one point we had to extend our stay and they were able to move things around to keep us in the same room without any complications. The room was exactly as advertised and very clean. Housekeeping made sure we were well stocked and the breakfast had a bunch of options to fit most preferences.

I have to question any review Higher thank a 3 for this place so I’m going to give an honest and detailed description that will save you from what we experienced. Noise: Stay on the 2nd floor and you’ll hear every single step from the room above you. In our case it was a family with kids running and jumping for hours. It’s not like you’re going to sleep anyway. The beds have by far the cheapest mattresses I’ve ever felt. One bed was horrible and the other was worse. The piece of metal frame sticking out will help you stay awake when your shin hits it walking back to bed in the night. Refrigerator cabinet was rotted, the seat pads in the room and the breakfast area lost their padding decades ago. The shower head looked like it had never been cleaned. The elevator jerked and made sounds that make you take the stairs. Wallpaper is pealing, bedroom walls and door are dirty. The furniture is beyond old and worn. A majority of the tv stations say “no signal”. Caulking around the tub is dirty with patches of mold. Everything in this place is old and outdated right down to the green stripped curtains. This is truly a $65 a night hotel being passed off as a Hampton Inn. We wish we had listened to the honest 1, 2, and 3 star reviews and driven past this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The staff was friendly and courteous but the facility is in need of some updates. Doors not working well. Wallpaper and paint peeling. Musty smell throughout the hotel. Furniture upholstery both in the guest room and common areas is worn and cracked. Breakfast food was typically average quality. Coffee was VERY weak. I am a faithful Hilton customer and would consider returning but I will look at other area hotels before making a decision. Update: I was contacted concerning my stay and apologies were expressed for the issues I encountered during my stay. It is encouraging to see that they are trying to resolve issues. Thank you for reaching out.

The shower door in my room was off its track and was difficult to move. The fridge was wobbly. It seems there needs to be some better maintenance at this place, but front desk is generally friendly and helpful.

Great location. Great service upon arrival. The room was spotless. Plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants close by. Very quiet. Definitely one of the best Hamptons I've ever stayed in.

This is just another tired old hotel with poor maintenence . It was clean and that counts. This is the chair in my room. Gracie at the front desk was the epitome of sweet southern charm. She was the bright spot at this property.

I would recommend the Hampton Inn in Enterprise, AL. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best we've experienced.

Traveled to Enterprise for the weekend and needed a hotel that would allow us to bring our lab mix. I can't say enough wonderful things about the people here. The front desk staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly! Breakfast was hot and yummy, rooms were clean. Bed wasn't that comfortable but it was good enough. Will definitely stay here the next time we come!

Staff was amazing! Very friendly and so helpful! Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was outstanding! So many different options to choose from, and the lady in charge of the breakfast area was super sweet. The kids had a great time in the pool. But, I have the say the very best part were the beds. Super comfortable! Slept like a baby the whole night!

They do not honor Silver membership pricing. The internet price was lower than my business rate or my Silver membership rate. Internet rate $137/night, my rate offered was $154/night. Lol. Don't waste your time at Enterprise, AL Hampton Inn.

Sorry to report that my 2 day stay was good. I had to change rooms because the door lock was broke and we could not get in the room(303) On the next day we could not get into the new room for the same reasons(316) I hope my next stay will be better Both front desk attendants rekeyed my room cards, but we still couldn't get in. Ended up staying in the area overnight. I was able to quickly book a room here and had no problems with checking in and getting to my room. Pretty standard hotel experience.

The breakfast is good and staff friendly. But make no mistake, they aren’t aiming for Disney service, if that’s actually a thing. Rooms are clean but still only cleaned by request when staying multiple nights. Television is small and there’s no channel guide. Of the six pillows on my bed I had no trouble finding some version of Goldilocks perfection.

Very nice customer service at check in. The room was clean but the bathroom dated with sliding shower doors that were not on tracks and swinging freely. The bed was extremely soft, little to no support and pillows half the size of a standard pillow. I have always enjoyed staying here but it is time for some updates and a return to the high standards of the past.

They r really respectful and nice and enjoyed the place. Housekeeping is respectful of ur room even if ur not in there. And it's a very clean and nice hotel. The breakfast was always hot. And they constantly checking and making sure the area is clean.

The floors (carpets) were wet and sticky. The shower in the first room wouldn't turn off so they switched us rooms in which the shower didn't turn on at all in the next. The phone in the room didn't work properly so we had to go to and from the front desk. The rooms smelled horribly. There were bugs crawling on the breakfast food in the morning so we couldn't even enjoy breakfast. I won't ever stay here again. The bathrooms can't be cleaned properly if the water isn't working. Idk how the hotel hasn't addressed these issues by work order or anything, they have to know about it. The hotel staff wasn't really friendly at all either. I'm shocked that Hilton/Hampton would allow their guests to be treated so terribly. This hotel is miserable. STAY AWAY!

Staff was amazing! So friendly and did an amazing job. (Shout out to Lucy and the manager on staff. They were great!) bathroom was a little dated/need new caulk and door. Otherwise this would be 5 stars!
