A nice place. Good food, good music, you can get craft beers. Sometimes there is a cultural exchange to practice English or Spanish.

It's the perfect place to share a few beers and nachos with friends! The staff is always very friendly and attentive; the service is excellent. Music and ambiance make it a great place to be. Highly recommend going early to enjoy the Happy Hour specials.

I usually go for the language exchange on Tuesday evening. The staff are friendly and nice, the exchange is well organized, the only downside is that it can get quite noisy and sometimes I have difficulty hearing myself.

For those who love sports, Barrio Sur is a special place, and the only place to be. There's a great community here and the owners actively promote a good atmosphere and a social environment. That's why I keep coming back! Great stuff.

This is my first stop on most date nights. We get the saison from Mission 20. Ever since it opened, I noticed that the bar tenders have become faster at getting out our drinks. Of course, that's not always the case when the bar is packed. I enjoy the vibe, the pizza isn't bad. Their events' calendar is worth checking out.

I've been running a weekly event at this bar since 2019. I chose it as it captures so much of that mix between Colombian and European culture. The bar's design is so inviting to just chat, share a good time with friends and let steam off during their weekend events. I feel it's one of the best spots in the whole valley to host international events.

A bit overcrowded. But nice! They have live music sometimes and we were lucky to be in one of those times.

A *very* underwhelming experience makes this place a hard pass.The place was 1/3 full yet we had to wait 50 minutes for two BLTs (fries seriously undercooked) and one of the least appealing English breakfast ever seen: one lonely, cold, fried egg, one salsicha, and one(!) slice of tomato (interestingly, the picture on the menu clearly shows two of each). Bread wasn't toasted. Tea and orange juice, though theoretically included, were never offered. Service was on at the same level: waitress (red hair) should try and smile every so often. And it would be nice if she had a friendly instead of just shoving the food on the table. Furthermore, if having to bring your customer a physical menu is such a burden maybe this is just not the job for you... Being at the calle de la Buena Mesa, you will *easily* find a much better place.

This was my first time at Barrio Sur Cafe🤓and I REALLY enjoyed it the staff were VERY friendly and professional food and drinks were EXCELLENT and quite reasonable GREAT atmosphere was VERY welcoming I would HIGHLY recommend it and will DEFINITELY make it a weekly outing👍👍

I tried their nachos because I heard they were the best in town... Definitely tries to be. I found them meat heavy (and hence pretty dry) and lacking the sour cream they promised. Also with they came with pico instead of the salsa. The chile con carne wasn't great either. All in all it isn't the gooey comfort food nachos I was expecting it's a dry, meat heavy version that isn't that great. Will reevaluate when I try other things.
