Very clean McDonald that offered table service. You have the option to order at the till but that’s not made very clear to those who find the machines difficult to use. Outside seating too.

One of the better MCDONALD'S in Essex. Always clean. The staff is very hard working and polite. Toilets are clean and the restaurant is spotless.

Fries are pretty bad, warm at best some are hard because they didn't get cooked properly and whoever was on Mccrispy patty duty needs a kick up the backside! But the customers will keep rolling in because of the location.

Really nice exterior for a McDonald's. The interior is also great for kids. Lots of room to play in their play area. Decent amount of eat-in seating. Unfortunately, one of our sandwiches was a little wrong but we'd already left. Also, the app refused to let us order online, saying the location was closed, so we had to go inside instead.

The Philly cheese steak made me sad and left me pining for real cheese and real steak. The service was polite and insanely fast. The atmosphere was pleasant. Lots of old couples eating together, which made me smile

McDonalds food is always of a consistent quality wherever you go. I always use the app to order food and collect, but do feel it is far quicker just to use the drive through

We ha e 2 young children. We like coming here, especially in cold, rainy days when we do not know what else to do:(. The kids love it to. It's a treat for them.....and we get a bit of free time for a coffee.

Well managed from our experience. We requested everything fresh, and everything was actually fresh. This sounds quite silly, but 9 out of 10 Mc Donalds, where we have been wouldn't care and play it was fresh when it wasn't actually. Also, burgers were properly stuffed, and fries were well salted.

Only stopped to use the toilet for child whole on our long journey and had to buy something while there, naturally. But couldn't stay long. Very nice looking and well maintained. The best MDs I've ever seen. Staff seemed friendly also. Would definitely go again

Cleanest McDonald's ever. The cleaners in there work so hard and are lovely ladies. It has a soft play area too which my son absolutely loves. The food always tastes so good from here unlike other McDonald's I've been too. This is my favourite.

Very quick service, food was fresh and staff are friendly. Just off m11, great little hidden stop if on a long journey.

Food cold and tasteless which isn’t expected. No one to serve you and then if they do, it requires additional member of staff like they don’t know their system. Otherwise very spacious and super clean !

Stop here for a bite to eat. It was late but food was fresh and welcoming for a driver. Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

A very busy McDonald's I chose not to use the machine to order, preferring to speak to someone instead. The staff at the counter was very helpful & polite. I didn't have to wait long at all.. Thank you ..

Half the order was cold including coffee when we complained the guy was very rude and seemed like it was to much trouble to rectify so asked for the manager who was very friendly and sorted it all for us. We'll done manager you gain a star otherwise it would be 1 star!

In terms of drive through McDonalds this has to be one of the best. Service is always quick, order is normally with you in a matter of minutes. I can think of other McDonalds in north London where you can wait 15 minutes in a drive through

Nothing beats a McDonald's I mean out of 100 visits maybe there is an error twice.. that is absolutely quality and consistency. The app just adds an extra level of "food-now-quick" its amazing

The kids absolutely love this place . Happy meal and 90 minutes of kids Zone . And mum's can watch over them and enjoy a bit of me time :))) .
