Camping for the first time and we loved it, especially because of the staff there, particularly Lisa. Staff here are patient and answered my townie camping newbie questions with patience (even though they must have to repeat the same thing over and over every day) The grounds are beautifully maintained, the toilets and showers are very clean. Lisa was fantastic, so warm, friendly, and welcoming. She's a credit to the team and they're lucky to have her there. She made my daughter feel special by "helping" the camp with their sign outside. Little touches like that make a lot of difference for customers and make it so you won't forget your experience, and of course encourage you to go back again. I loved it, definitely recommend this place to new campers and experienced (mix of new and experienced campers I met there were all happy with the place) I'd recommend this place and I'd definitely go again.

First of all, the campsite is lovely & clean - and quiet considering it's 2 miles from the M25. The staff are great & very helpful. However, it's let down by the surrounding environment. We drove to Waltham Abbey and decided not to get out of the car. We went for a walk instead to the "canal" and found it to be the Lee Valley River Flood Relief Channel surrounded by waste ground one side and a razor wire-type fence on the other. We found the natives to be very friendly though.

I actually added an extra day to my stay here. The campsite is very well organised and clean. Parking is excellent throughout and right outside my cabin. All facilities are close by and I stayed with my dog. Everything you need is catered for and staff are very friendly and kind. It's so peaceful and quiet and my dog and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'd definitely come again. My only criticism is that although spiders are to be expected as it's woodland area, more thorough cleaning and maintenance needs to be done to stop them from being such a problem to the buildings and campers both inside and out.

Great service, friendly staff. Great location and cheap. Used this for Wembley stadium gig. Only 50 minute drive to Wembley. Only downside was hearing boy races at midnight screeching their tyres in the distance.. not sure if there is some sort of car Park? Wouldn't distract me using again at all.

We had a delightful camping experience when a few friends and I stayed overnight with our children. The environment was safe, and the staff was friendly, which added to our enjoyment. The campsite provided clean toilets and a designated area for washing pots and pans, which was incredibly useful. However, it's worth noting that the water in the cleaning area was extremely hot, so we had to be cautious when using it. Despite that, we had a fantastic time and made lasting memories during our camping adventure..
