Always a great experience here! Ellie is absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She’s helped me with my skin and with my hair removal treatment and is always so sympathetic and has such a great bed side manner. My treatment has also worked fantastically. The reception staff are always accommodating and helpful! I’ve also moved from the area but will always make the effort to travel down here because they are a clinic I trust and a clinic that works! Elli was very thorough and took the time to talk through possible treatments and products for my skin. Elli is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The technology used really helped identify my skin type and the treatment plan. The clinic is spotless and clean. Staff are polite, professional and helpful. My skin already feels better 1 day after using these products. There is a very long waiting list and the clinic is very busy, which is a very positive sign. I will be returning for more treatments.

I have been going to Dr Medispa for a number of years. I truly can’t recommend this clinic enough. This truly is an award winning clinic. Dr Somji and his team are so down to earth, professional, caring and most of all honest. If a treatment isn’t suitable he’ll let you know. One thing about this clinic it’s not about making money but about making patients happy with the results they’re looking for. I’ve NEVER been to an authentic clinic as I have to Loughton and Knightsbridge. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. I’ve had several treatments and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent. I travel from Cheshire to Dr Somji after being sold products that I didn’t need! Dr Somji is professional and always trustworthy about the products. Lately I have visited Knightsbridge clinic where their manager Kat makes you feel welcome and at ease immediately. She is knowledgeable on all products and even let me demo some to see how I felt. No pushy sales. I emphasise this because past experience has always been you need this and this ….. I highly recommend this clinic you know you are in safe hands and Kat at Knightsbridge will make you feel relaxed

Alice knows what my skin needs and offer bespoke facials or treatments that is best suited for my sensitive skin. I have been going to this clinic for 2 years now. I started off with 1 therapist who I wasn’t happy with as after having a peel I came home to find I still had make up left on my face. Anyways, this problem was dealt with by the clinic manager who then put me in the care of the lovely Lucia and from then on my experience here got better each time. Lucia was so informative when I first met her but not in an overwhelming way. She really helped me gain confidence in my skin again and clear up my acne and scars. She is always so friendly and bubbly and a pleasure to deal with. She really is a credit to your business. Would 100% recommend Lucia to anyone!

I love Dr Medi Spa!!! I am so pleased with the results from the lasers, peels and medical grade skincare i use from here. I have been seeing Elli for the last few years and she has honestly been amazing! I feel in such safe hands as she is so knowledgeable and informative and she explains the whole process with anything I have. Would highly recommend to anyone who has any skin concerns. Highly recommend TCA Cross by Dr Solomon. I have had an acne scar on my face since I was 16 years old (I am now 46) and after 3 sessions, it’s completely gone. Such an amazing treatment. I’m absolutely delighted.

I have been attending Dr Medispa for many years and it has been the best decision i have made. Highly recommend DrMediSpa. All the team are always wonderful and welcoming. I am not based around London but have travelled down from the Midlands for a couple of years now as they are so amazing. Katherine has been great with helping/advising with treatments and her expertise, she is so lovely and am very grateful for her support. I trust her and am thankful for a non-judgmental environment which means a lot when your skin has gone crazy! Lots of great products available too.

This place has always been really good to me, my skin is so much better now, very happy. Looking forward to seeing them again soon. One minor point where I can suggest improvement is a bit faster response times over email, but its just a little thing, overall its an amazing clinic.
