Don’t go there! No meat on the Döner and 2,90€ for Ayran out of plastic cup!

The service was terrible, and the staff were rude and unfriendly. We waited long but no one welcomed us and had to ask for the menue. We had to ask 3 times for extra plates, tissues, and bread to get them. One of the dishes that we ordered was cold and the other one was not as we ordered. The bill also charged us for water that we did not order and was not brought. In one sentence: we will not go back to this restaurant and do not recommend it!

If I could, I’d give this place 0 stars. There was no effort made into making our food. They just throw a raw chicken in the oven and call it grilled chicken. Disgusting and greasy food. The beef looks like chicken because of so much fat in it. Stay away from this place. The waitress was the only nice thing there.

The place and people working here have changed! Also the taste is not same anymore. They serve half-cooked food it seems! No more respect to customers! Not recommended at all!

It used to be good, but now I'm completely disappointed. The grill vegs were burnt, awful amount of raw spice powder on top of the meat. And nobody really checked my vaccination certificate!

Not good as i expected.. after reading other reviews, i suspect that they don't return the remainder of the money back to the customers intentionally. At least it happened to me once. He gave one euro less. After i reminded him, he gave one euro to me. This could be an accident or he did intentionally. After Reading other reviews, I can not be sure it was an accident. 2) we ordered kabap but the Kebap was mostly fat. Neither taste nor smell was like meat. I don't think I will go there again.

Have been several times to this restaurant, both for take away and in the seating area. Food is good but they repeatedly short changed me and I know others who have had this happen as well. This criminal behaviour seems to be tolerated unfortunately.

Food was not fresh. The staff is unfriendly. We ordered filled wine leaves, it was frosen cold and not fresh, tasted bad. Even though we told them, they included that in the bill. Overall the experience was very disappointing.

Tasty food, but they tried to rob us, then actually robbed us. Price was 8.40 euros for two wraps and after giving him 10 he didn't return anything only after I asked. Then we found out the price should've been 8.30 instead of 8.40. Veggie wrap too loaded and fell apart and no possibility to pay by card.

Don’t waste your money here because how much ever properly you explain your order they will never get it right. They are too bored to do their jobs well. Had ordered falafel teller and I received undercooked food without any sauce as they promise you on their menu. So better find a satisfying döner elsewhere.

What seems good in the pictures will appear very different on the plate: all dipped or burnt in oil. Where veggies had to be just roasted a bit, i got a plate of them boiled in oil, dripping with oil. So it tasted heavy and tasteless. The service is good: friendly and fast though.

Best middle eastern food in town! I go there every year I come to Heidelberg and it's constantly great. Arbil Kebap is superb if you like meat. Vegetarians have tasty options as well.

It was good restaurant some years ago but today they give me uncooked meat in yufka because of so many customers they dont care about quality.

I had chilli kebab and Kurdi/Arbil Kebab. It's made up of lamb. The best kebabs I have tasted in heidelberg.

Good thing is this restaurant remain open till late in night in comparison where whole town 95 % closed. Heidelberg restaurants, shops and other retail businesses start closing after 6pm. This restaurant servers halal food as they state. Donors kebaps , mix grills are good to try. Overall it was experience

Very nice food..!! We stayed 3 days in Heidelberg and we enjoyed the nice food for 3 consecutive days! Yet.. their service needs some more adjustments.. Don't visit this restaurant on an empty stomach 😕!!

Arabic restaurant and Halal foods ( as they say) is the biggest advantage. Men staff very friendly and supportive, one women staff so rude and unfriendly, every thing you request, she says no or delays it too much, with a grumpy face like you each for free or you beg for the service and food The food was fair nothing speacial. Only benefit is the prices and location.

Been in Heidelberg for 7 years and it’s still the Best kebab place in Heidelberg, you can also get grilled meat since they have a charcoal grill.

Yes, it is an option to eat off the time at the right spot ( city center Heidelberg) .. But would suggest sleep eating some cookies from any gas station rather than going there .. They are rude, what they make tastes real bad especially after 20:00 Hrs .. No respect for people..They always take advantage because of less options available in there.
