A very bad hotel, there are blood and dirt spots on the pillows and beds the air conditioner is not working The reception man is not welcoming

مع الاسف اسوا فندق جلست فيه 6 ايام ولا تغيير اغطية النوم ولا اخذو الزبالة عبارة عن زرائب الكادر كلو معاملتو مو منيحة مع الاسف على التجربة. بلاظافة لذالك البنت اللي في الرسبشن حرامية بااحتراف قال لازم تاخذ مني 15000 دينار قال انت متاخر عن الطلعة 2 ساعة قلتلها انا لسا في وقتي يعني عبارة عن لصوص

I had never seen such poor hotel. Shower is not working Room is very dirty. The bedding is dirty Service is zero I asked for towel they said not available lol Don’t wast your night and money Pay more but get a proper rest for the night Thanks

I do not recommend this hotel for countless reasons, so filthy, no services, not the room I selected, dirty bids, mattress, bedsheets and so on. price is high for such rooms.

Wouldnt let me and a friend stay together in the room, so had to pay double up. Two rooms.

Don't recommend it at all. Terrible room service. They don't have a prayer mat in their rooms. As I'm writing this I have been waiting for over 20 minutes so they can clean the shower room. The room smells. The refrigerator is like a turbocharged V6. There were no hangers in the counter to hang my clothes. The WORST part is that they make you sign a contract and require you a lot, but they take no responsibility whatsoever.

This is one of the worst Hotels in Erbil..the owner of the hotel is very rude , rooms not clean and when u ask to be cleaned owner refuses and bed sheet sometimes not available, pillows are so hard like a rock u can't put ur head on it . Water not available always . Will never stay in that hotel again .

Very kind staff! They helped me with all my question. Would come here again any time I'm in erbil
