The worst hotel of all time and the worst staff... A dirty hotel with zero or less than zero services. I advise everyone not to go to it and this star is only for commenting as it does not deserve a negative rating.

a bad place for families

I wanted to stay there for a while, the room was in 9th floor. There is an elevator there. The room was clear. Saloon was not as clean as the room.

Somehow clean, good restaurant, fair service. There is some parties here which still overnight and may prevent you from sleep well.

If it was without a star, I would have given it the worst hotel. I advise everyone who wants to come to Erbil not to take this hotel. 1 Very bad service provided by employees who have no style, but rather talk and speak with hatred toward the guests. 2 They cut off your state electricity 3 hours before so you can subscribe from them. 3 Every time you bring something from outside to a hotel, they hear you talk so that you can buy from them, and their prices are double that of outside. 4 I don't work less than 5 hours, but rather a day. A failed, failed, failed hotel, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The biggest mistake I made was staying in this hotel

The nice thing about the hotel is that it is close to the castle market, and it is a reasonable hotel with reasonable prices. It needs some things, such as making the bed, it needs a TV, and improving the electricity situation, sometimes it is not good, and the people at the reception are very respectful and nice.

Mistreatment, in addition to the air conditioning and television being broken, there is no hot water, and electricity is only 8 for 16 hours without electricity.
