The center of downtown in Erbil. Packed, loud and full of different types of people, its almost impossible to drive around the area due to small roads and too many taxies and worker carts. But its a part of the experience living in Erbil, as you can find almost everything here from fruits and veggies to spices also black smith and carpenter shops. Because its very traditional area the lack of gender balance can be seen easily so for females with no traditional clothes you may get lots of unwanted attentions, but be sure it will be safe most of the times.
