A very nice hotel, located on the 60m St., about 15 min walking 🚶‍♀️ faraway from Eskan St. (A popular place for delicious local food 🥘) it has a good parking place, hospitality is good, Internet service is great. The Resturant has an open buffet for breakfast (which is included with the stay cost) also has a paid open buffet for dinner. The pool, gym and spa are great. It was a great and nice experience for me and my family to stay in this hotel.

I went to the spa with my friends. It was a decent experience. First the gym, which was small, and the devices were old. The swimming pool was really warm which was good. But it was very small. And didn't have deep section. The sauna and the steam bath was good. The Turkish bath was the most fun. And the price was reasonable, 25000 for the package.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and conscientious regarding all guest needs and requirements. The service from the staff at all levels is friendly, professional and polite. I've been staying with this hotel for almost two years, they do everything they can to make your stay pleasant always. Front desk staff is always very helpful and informative. Wait staff is polite and usually prompt. Housekeeping and laundry always do a fine job with minimal interruption to guests schedule. Management always looks out for their guests and are responsive to input and guest overall comfort and happiness. Great place to stay or have a conference or meeting.

I enjoyed during my present day at hotel it’s quite and very clean place, also the meals are so delicious. The conference room we are met was comfortable and all services are available like, internet, project show, and coffee break. Also there are many of recreation area such as swimming pool, SPA and GYM so any body can doing his hobby. The photos below are during the Minister of Health conference with WHO.

My stay was excellent and made all wholesome by the services that were provided. I would like to add a word of appreciation for the reception staff. Their communication skills, active listening and obedience is just remarkable. Everything was organized in an orderly and unique way. The cooperativity in their behaviour and paying attention to intricate details is really impressive. They are efficient, caring and experienced. They make sure that the guests have their best time spent at the hotel. Overall I'm all happy and satisfied with my stay at the hotel. ❤️

Today I attended a business meeting in the hotel, they are really good and very quick for any request, very polite and respectful.

I stayed at Room 808 for 5 days and it was a large room 35sqm with all modern and luxury amenities. The bed and the pillows were of high quality for a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The customer service was excellent and a great value for money hotel.

Wonderfull place that's near to the important and historical places in Erbil. Accecpted services quality, I hope to improve buffet to make it more diversity. When i visit Erbil in future, i would decide to make it my first resident option.

I had an exciting stay at the Dedeman Hotel in Erbil! Our experience at the hotel was amazing from the luxurious rooms to the amazing dining options and top-notch service. Not only did they provide a variety of food to choose from, we also were satisfied with their meeting rooms and the many services they provide. They truly know how to make guests feel special during their stay.

The service is nice Food is good Room service is active Not a fan of the level of Room cleaning, they do change towels The pool is mixed gender all the time even when we asked for one hour only females for group of females, I did not like it Massage service is expensive compared to time and quality.

Dedeman is one of the best hotels in Erbil/Hewlêr. The staff are very nice and helpful, the facilities are very accessible and clean, the food is diverse and delicious. The last time I was there to offer a training to about 50 participants. The hall they gave to us was very spacious and the tech staff was always there when we needed support. The refreshments came on time as well. I really appreciate all staff who helped us during the training and particularly thank Ms Shirin and Mrs Diyar for their kind response to our needs and requests.

I tried to use the swimming pool, the hotel wanted to enforce me to buy a swimming cap to be able to enter the swimming pool otherwise, i can't use it !! When I escalated this to the swimming pool reception and the hotel reception, they told me that this is a Hotel policy! I didn't see this policy in any hotel around the world.

Concerns of customers are immediately solved from Management with quick response and solutions. Service team is very polite and respectful in every way.

I went because of business trip.The King Suite came across to me at the hotel. The room looked fine. But the seats were dirty. A closer look at the jacuzzi revealed some light blemishes from the past. In addition, although we did not use any additional services at the hotel while checking out, the receptionist tried to issue additional service bills (laundry, room service). Therefore, we were almost late for the plane.

Amazing hotel with good service, food and drinks are good. Rooms are comfy and reception staff were so friendly and professional, you have to see the pool also. Their services as venue for event is great, so easy to facilitate an event at the hotel.

In the past there was more than one restaurant inside the hotel there was lili Restorant and moon night in the m1 floor which was very good for dinner; nowadays the only weak point is this ! I mean no Restaurants other than the one which is in the first floor. The neighborhood area is not friendly and doesn’t gives nice feeling specially in night, I don’t feel safe to walk outside.

The hotel is not strange for us and 5it is now the fourth vist... it was with activity and meeting organization t Meeting room was perfect in all details including furniture., wheather screen projector ...etc Coofee break was satisfying and refill was good image to our guests from Turkey as well Rooms was different in several.sides each visit which add a good changing mood each time A special thank to the most cooperative energitic and caring sales coordinator Ms. Aseel Ms. Aseel was really giving all of her time and energy and asking each 30 minutes if we need any thing without disturbing the meeting which was perfect in all parts

honestly a really really good hotel, a very luxurious room for such a good price, all the staff members know about 2-3 languages and communication is very easy and the food was absolutely fantastic, the breakfast buffet was incredibly good and fresh and had a huge variety to pick from, very kid friendly with their offers and overall amazing place! 10/10 recommended! super fast and good wifi at all times as well 👍🏻
