I booked for 6 days in the hotel based on high ratings from booking.com The receptionist are very welcoming and extremely nice .. but I was charged extra payment at the time of the check out (which I didn’t understand why) in addition the receptionist didn’t make the payment amount it clear at the time of booking the rooms. It’s very expensive hotel compared to the quality of the rooms and furnishings the hotel has.

This is my second time booking, and everything was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were very kind.

Great hotel and great service All the employees are professional and kind I spend 1 month in this hotel and it was very good .. specially the restaurant in 4th floor Viewz res , nice food and very professional staff Specially the night shift in the res is amazing You can set and have a drink in lovely mood and the employee is professional and all good Thx for all the employees for that great service

CRISTAL HOTEL is a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel in Erbil such a high tech, luxury, great view looking. Rooms are very clean and hygienics. So must be visit with your family , friends , couple and Solo also celebrates your special days and events. enjoy the real tastes of foods and drinks also....

Its a good hotel, Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a good restaurant in the ground floor. The small cafe in the lobby is quiet place for working, attending online meetings or just drinking coffee. The breakfast buffet doesn't offer many choices, it could better.

Very good restaurant, with family only days

There should be more tables for lunch. Nearly 8 hours before the evening, I asked for a booking, but it wasn’t available due to Ramadan.

This hotel is really great. Such great staff and friendly workers. The rooms are nice and clean and the price is reasonable.

A lot better than my first time. The staff were kind enough to adjust the temperature settings of my room, as it was too hot otherwise. Their room service, breakfast and buffet lunch are also very good. It's a bit far away from the city.
