usually
go
through
ratings
before
I
decide
on
where
to
stay.
This
was
last
minute,
hence
didn't
have
time
to
check
reviews.
However,
looking
at
3-star
ranking,
I
thought
experience
of
staying
there
shouldn't
be
that
bad.
It
was
worse
experience
ever.
Starting
from
basics
-
the
room
-
bath
towels
had
so
many
hair
which
is
disgusting
to
begin
with.
Shower
faucet
didn't
work
properly
at
all.
After
complaining
about
both
of
them,
they
took
it
very
casually
and
didn't
change
the
faucet
until
next
day
nor
they
offered
to
change
my
room.
Next
day
I
asked
for
a
manager
to
do
something
about
it.
Manager
appeared
to
be
highly
insensitive
unprofessional.
He
didn't
care
to
do
anything
about
it.
More
so,
he
claimed
that
everything
has
been
fixed
in
my
room.
I
asked
him
to
come
check
everything
by
himself.
He
did.
More
so,
when
he
witnessed
nothing
is
done
yet,
I
told
him
this
is
not
the
way
to
run
any
hotel,
forget
being
a
3-star
ranking.
Instead
of
offering
me
anything,
he
fought
with
me
and
asked
me
to
leave
the
hotel
by
taking
away
my
room
key.
This
is
the
kind
of
manager
Blue
Mercury
has
hired
support
client
services
who
literally
tells
his
workers
to
ask
for
money
for
any
room
service.
Never
again
Blue
Mercury,
very
bad
experience
in
Erbil
at
your
hotel.
