Claiming to be 4 stars yet i would give them 3. Not because they are bad but because the staff needs more eduxation and fast response to problems. The hotel has a jaccuzzi and sauna and swimming pool on the first floor. If you book a single room make sure that they dont give you any of their rooms in any floor that are from the back side of the hotel, you will open the window and you will have a wall facing you with air conditioning devices that are very very noisy. The room is okay with good equipment, safe in the room, shampoo, shoe mit, sewing kit hair dryer, tv, kettle etc.. i had some water leak in the bathroom that has practically new grohe equipment stayed for 4 nights, they only repaired it on my last night. Anyway the hotel is good for business travellers who wont care about anything in the room. I have understood that the other side rooms are very suitable for families and have view over the main street. Enjoy.

Great hotel I stayed here 3 times already... and it was great everytime The people were nice The location is great Also theres free airport shuttle so you'll be good and dont need to pay extra money to get from the airport which is great Breakfast is included And its good with great food Also its really good prices and i enjoy staying here and i dont think ill go anywhere else when im at erbil Good job

Excellent hotel but has a very small garage

They are cheating the customer, because before booking tell you that they have swimming pool, but in winter season they did not use heating facilities .

The swimming pool is so amazing

This is a great hotel with very cooperative staff in a cental area in Erbil. I went there twice in the last year and they put a good impression on me both times. At this hotel you feel like you're home, very cozy rooms. I believe the rooms were very clean, but am not an expert. They have breakfast, and an indoor awimming pool and a gym. The gym needs some renewing but it was that important to me. At the time of writing this review it cost me 50$ a night for a double bed room, that has a bathroom in it. Room is not that big, but its clean and cozy. I definitely recommend this place. Great staff, they do care about their customers.
