So bad. Slow response of the staff. My sister passed away because of electricity outage that caused cutting off oxygen from the patient. My sister’s case was hopeless as advised by the doctors ;however, we took her to most expensive hospital so she gets good treatment and services!!. My family asked the staff to provide oxygen immediately after electricity outage but they got it after about 5 mins which was too late.!! Very bad private hospital although their fees is higher than any other private hospital in Kurdistan.!!

The worst hospitals in Kurdistan only work for money. They try to make you stay for a few more nights to pay more. And they lie about thing just to scare you and stay for the night They took the wrong medication for my grandmother and it was much worse. They were the reason for the water to fall in his lungs and it is all cost more than $5000 just for 4 night and with medical that we buy

One of the biggest private hospitals in Erbil, excellent service, professional doctor, lovely nursing staff, but unfortunately there is limited parking space.

An absolute nightmare of customer support they don't know what they are doing and they will make you call many times and still you wont get to right place. Even if you do they will promise you that they will get back to you but they will not. Especially Imaging and Urology department very disappointed with them. They won't answer calls and they won't help you. They will just give you excuses for not doing their work. Extremely disappointed going to write to their higher ups and even to health department. Private hospitals need to to treat patients better than this. SAVE Your Money and find a better place please.

You guys must stop calling it private hospital, its commercial hospital means all about money. If you don't want to cause harm for yourself and lose money, stay away from it. Many good doctors refused offers to work in this hospital because is bad, all they care about is money.

I do not Recommend anyone to go to that hospital. I went to get my thyroid gland tested, after a long wait and money i I paid them . The doctor received me and told me today, Thursday, why did you come today at this time, why didn't you choose another day And someone was upset even though I get treated with my money.. He is not friendly at all.. Humans are considered to be animals.. There is no mercy or respect for a sick person.. I don't know why they call it a hospital if you don't have professionalism Really strange and shameful situation there

I am so grateful for the services that my mother received at PAR hospital. The whole staff was friendly and cooperative. Dr. Ahmed Alsoofy was amazing and professional in the way he deals with his patients. He took my mother's case as an urgent one. She was referred by Dr. Maamoon Aldabagh in Mosul for a back surgery. He is excellent in following up her case up to date. No words can express my gratitude and many thanks to him and the humanity he shows all the time. Allah bless you all the time.

I visited tow doctors in this hospital. pad service, more expensive, few experience and the manager ( Dr. Abdulrahman ) requested reports that are not need from another his friend doctors out side hospital just to interest them

I meant to have an appointment at 4:20 pm to meet dr Azad Khalil Hassan. Patients get in and out what a messy place. No respect for the waiting list. There was an outage and the corridor was full of patients during COVID-19, hot and no place to sit ( the above doctor is orthopedic but no place to set 🤔😡). I spoke with the girl managing the queue about 5 times but she keeps saying your queue is nearly there. Ineffectual and lack of communication and respect made me make a fuss and was able to get at 6:10pm. Instead of keep charging premium and provide poor services, try to invest in some technology to be more efficient and respect patients time

I had the worse experience in this hospital. The doctor in the emergency was arguing with me because he disagreed that I am in pain. I left the hospital in pain and when I asked him if I can work tomorrow, he said yes, but I could not work for 3 days after. There was no follow up or any good instructions. The medication given were not useful either. Please don't use their services. The toilets were super dirty too.
