Worst visit ever. For the second day the burger arrived after like 1 minute and cold 🥶, the chips see photo and you decide, shawrma is cold ,unchewabal and very very dry. I DON'T recommend it at all

I think Ice land is one of the best fast-food in erbil it's very clean restaurant the cheese burger & mest shawarma it delicious 😋🍔♥️.

It has a good location and they have vegetarian foods, but I don't recommend it because of lack of hospitality they don't let male customers be on the second floor.

I asked for appetizers and it was okay while beef Saj was so normal plus thier beverage was not cold , restaurant is less than expectation.

The food is quite tasty and not overpriced. One problem though, is that there is a step between the old hall and the new hall on the second floor that it difficult to see and people often trip there and fall

It is a nice and clean restaurant. Every time I come to Erbil, I come to this restaurant, but the staff of this restaurant must have a waiter who speaks Kurdish, because this is the fifth time I've been there the waiter only speaks Arabic, we don’t really understand each others!!! …

Most restaurants, when they first open, tend to have relatively high quality. However, after attracting customers and ensuring that they will keep coming, the standards and food quality often decline. This is what happened with Iceland. The food is not up to par, and there is no staff member who speaks Kurdish, despite us living in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

Clean and tidy restaurant, delicious food, reasonable prices, good service, good variety of appetizers, air-conditioned hall, and charges. There is a car park. We wish them further development

Wide variety of dishes and delicious food. But service is lackluster at night. I suggest you visit here when it's less crowded. We visited here with six of my friends and one order arrived too late when we all done eating.

The cheese burger was so delicious that I tried along with their finger chips. The service on top was amazing.

Food is good and they have many type of appetizers and it's delicious generally they have fast food ( they don't have rice)

The place is great, but didn't like the food. The meat inside the sandwiches was very dry. Fries were okay. Not recommended if you want to eat good shawarma, didn't try the pizza though.

Very good fast food restaurant, good service, Tasty burgers 🍔 well seasoned, the only downside is that their fries 🍟 are a bit too oily! Never the less Definitely recommend.

The brand is very good, however this branch in particular is awfully disorganised during rush hours. Last time we had to wait an hour to get the food we ordered and sadly the order was wrong 😐.

Nice fast food but it's expensive

One of THE BEST restaurants of all times, i’ll always choose Iceland it has the best food, the greatest service and the nicest atmosphere i LOVEEEE it so muchh!! Would 100% recommend.
