Ashtar Sweets is one of the best sweet shops in Erbil. The quality of the sweets and the cakes is very good. The seating area and the atmosphere is very nice and cosy. It is great for short meetings and casual meetups. The service is ok, but could be better. The cakes would be a great birthday centerpiece.

The taste of sweets and cake is always awsome,,,, but service is zero you will never warm welcome there ,,,they don't let you choose comfortably what actually you want ,,which makes me really uncomfortable like why I am asking so much quations. On the top of cake they use artificial plastic flower which is really pathetic and unhigine.....

Very nice place, good and quality service

Very customer friendly, but they need to be more accurate when it comes to allergy informations, I bough a cake from them asked it to be free from any nuts, and there was remnants of walnuts in it, luckily i tried it before giving it to my daughter.

Ashtar was one of my favorite stores and their sweets were delicious but I don't know what happened with them this period I ordered a special cake with walnut and the walnut was expired it had a bitter taste and I did throw it away because even the animals will not eat it and unfortunately the price was 50 thousand dinar. The other thing that I ordered was kind of sweet I don't know it's name but again it was strict and Inedible

The sweets was nice, gift package also great, some stuff are alright as well, therefore the management was awful and novice. I went there with my girlfriend the manager came to us said that we are not allowed to sit too close with each other that’s absolutely terrible and disrespectful.
