Great, comfortable room. Very clean, nice furniture and decor. Lovely reception staff, and breakfast was pretty good. WiFi worked well, and no overall complaints about the hotel. However, entry into the spa is not included in the price, but a member of the staff mentioned that if you stay in Hotel Victory, it is included. This would have factored into my decision to book there, so letting others know. However, staying at the Gastehaus was still worth it.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Beds are standard German, a little worse. Pillows are terrible. Advertised as having a kitchenette that they charge for use but... There's nothing to use. WiFi isn't working properly, requires a pin code. I was not told this on check in, had to go back later. The mid shift employee made fun of me for not having enough technical German language ability, then saying he had "already explained it to the person in front of me and that I should go back to the room to see if it was written on the card."

No slippers or bathrobe in the room, no nets against insects at balcony door. Room was clean and bed not bad. Room has kitchenette, nice if you want a drink before sleep.

Clean, comfortable and efficient rooms, friendly and helpful staff, awesome buffet breakfast. A 2-minute walk to the Therme Erding entrance. Only negative was that the vending machines downstairs didn't work. However, I was given directions to a Lidl grocery store about 15 min walk away where I could stock up on bottled water.

Rooms around clean and nice but found the price outrageous for a 3 star looking hotel. The romantic decoration was a disappointment. The staff is very friendly. I would have given 3.5 stars if possible

Comfortable high end accommodation at a reasonable price. Location next to the world class Therme Erding is a bonus. Close to Munich airport and a couple of kilometres from the charming Bavarian town of Erding. The only downside is that guests require a car as it is a bit far to walk from Erding. Would definitely stay here when visiting Erding again.

Pricey, not much value other than to catch early flight, and not even that if you can manage to get up at 6am, the transit from City center to Airport is fast and reliable. The food package (dinner at restaurant at Victory Hotel) is very mediocre with premium price. Not recommended.

Great location for visitors to the Therme, friendly staff, generous check-in and check-out times. I find it a bit pricey, but so is everything related to the Therme and at the end of the day the experience is worth it. Where I think the hotel could improve is vegan options at the breakfast buffet - a lot of people prefer plant milk nowadays and I think some hummus, peanut butter or vegetable spread should be easy enough to provide and would make some guests really happy.

Located in the vicinity of Therme Erding at only 1 minute walk from the world’s biggest spa as advertised, is worth to give it a go as it won’t disappoint. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 3 people, be they a couple or a small family. Sparkling clean and well maintained, the hotel is just perfect to provide quality as its best. Reception staff is friendly and attentive, so you have nothing to worry about.

Rooms are big and clean. You just have to walk across the road to get to the Spa. Even more as a guest of this hotel You get Your own queue at the entrance where You don't even have to wait one minute to get in. Only negative point we experienced ist that the breakfast room is way to small and therefore always overcrowded.

Misleading when booking! Even after an e-mail conversation you are still empty-handed.

Our family had departed the UK on December 18, 2021 was planning to travel from Austria to Germany when news of Germany's change in Covid Entry Requirements designating the UK as a virus variant high-risk area was announced declarining, "On arrival in Germany, all permitted travellers from the UK who arrive after 23:01 on 19 December must quarantine at home for 14 days irrespective of their vaccination status." It was nearly impossible to reach Therme Erding on the phone with horribly long wait times. I finally emailed the spa directly to inform them of my cancellation due to this change of Covid entry requirements to Germany. You can imagine my surprise when I receive an email on December 27, 2021 I received an email telling me that I was being charged Euro 136, - as I was a "NO SHOW." Despite there being one internet page for the Therme Erding that advertises to customers that hotel and spa can all be booked in one place, the Victory Gastehaus insisted that everything should have been cancelled separately. They expressed complete disregard concerning the newly issued Covid entry requirements that affected their customers. Many companies have found positive ways to care and engage with their customers and keep both sides happy during these uncertain Covid times when regulations are changing daily. Victory Gasthaus certainly could have at least offered a voucher for future use as a token of compromise and customer service. Instead, the representatives that I corresponded with with were completely apathetic and inflexible. They lacked even the most minimal amount of customer service and empathy it would require to figure out a compromise. Victory Gastehaus had the opportunity to keep a future customer and maintain positive customer service, but chose otherwise. With Therme Erding being such a major tourist attraction, I would expect far better customer service and increased flexibility especially with regards to changing Covid regulations. Unfortunately, I experienced quite the opposite.
