The most worthy 5 stars that I have ever given in Google reviews. Amazing breakfast, amazing rooms, this entire place is a small heaven. Do yourself a favor, and go there.

We had a pleasant stay. Nice and modern Rooms. They are very quiet, which is great after a day in the noisy thermal area. We had a room with an outside view. Price was reasonable as we got a Sunday offer which included breakfast and the entrance fee for arrival and departure day. The breakfast was great. They offer a variety of everything, even pancakes and fresh orange juice. You also get bathrobes and a towels, as well as extra seating and lockers in the thermal area. Aside from any special offers, I think the price is a bit high but worth it.

Don't go to thermal when you arrived sooner than 3:00 pm because Mr. Lukas richter will tell you you dont have allow to enter therme from hotel because you didn't buy thermal ticket from us!!! Hotel and thermal are two different company!!!!! I arrived there at 10 a.m and so I got daily ticket from thermal and I went to thermal and everything was great. At 3:00 p.m I decided to go to the hotel checkin and rest in hotel for 2 hours and come back to thermal. But someone name Lukas richter told us, you can't come back to thermal from hotel door to and you should go out of hotel and then enter from thermal door!!!! Hey Lukas richter, how should I know this? You should known it when you born!!!! Hey friends, I experienced strange thing in victory hotel. when you plan to go to thermal and souna it is better buy ticket from thermal and reserve hotel in anywhere in Munich. if you arrived sooner than 3:00 p.m. and you want to entered thermal from hotel you should pay 2 times for thermal, Because hotel and thermal are two seprate company. You can't find anything about this in their website, But Mr. Lukas richter known this one when he was born

The worst hotel i have ever been. If you decide to ruin your holiday it is the right hotel for you. Nobody will answer the phone, eve if i tried 100 times for three days We reserved a room and ticket for waterpark separately, but from the same website of therme erding. In hotel they told us that because we did not bought ticket from hotel they do not let us go directly from the door to waterpark. It is really inconvenient. There was a door opens directly to pool but they were so impolite and mentioned that the waterpark and hotel are two separated company and we do not care about you! It was terrible

What a disappointment! This hotel is a 4* establishment with an absolute lack of service and lack of any amenities. I almost felt cheated by its reviews and photos which do not reflect the hotel but rather the water park adjecent to it. It's like having a Michelin star restaurant next to your house and claiming you have lobsters every day in your kitchen... You cannot use the pool for free and are charged as if being a non-guest customer. All the restaurants and relaxing areas are not in the hotel so unless you enter the Waterpark, the hotel has no laisure areas. I did pay (5* on a separate review for the park) and after using the pool, I wanted to have dinner which was not possible as the restaurant was too small to host me, had to be booked before, opened only until 9 PM and not offering room service I ended up having to have chips from the bar for dinner (the hotel apparently allows delivery service). Before going to bed I asked for a taxi which allows credit card payment for the ride next morning. I got one which was apparently never told I needed to pay by card. The solution took 20 minutes of waiting time! Overall this is a very nice place if you use the Waterpark. If you come here for a good hotel with nice amenities look elsewhere! For the price paid there are much better choices around

Super comfy bed. Shower water control is... digital, water is on or off, hence the issue, water flows too strong. Room clima control not working as intended, if you want warm in june it doesn't do and fan speed control

Pretty big water park especially the Galaxy Erding was very fun. But there was always too many people. The hotel room was too expensive

Stayed here just this past weekend as a surprise from my husband for the first time and we are impressed! We are regular Therme Erding customers and we never needed a reason to stay at the hotel but we stayed for a celebration and we will definitely come back just to stay! We had the Yacht Cabin and it was very nice, I like the wood interior, the waterfall shower and the double taps in the sink. The check in staff were very friendly and quick, although the line seems long at first glance, it goes pretty quickly. You are given a complimentary rental robe and bath towel, we did bring our own but we never used it. The room was clean when we went in and we had a bottle of sparkling water. There were also some small romantic surprises as part of the room (bottle of wine, roses, desserts) and rubber duckies as a gift. Included in the room price was two days of admission to the Therme (even with one night of stay) and a breakfast buffet. The buffet had a pretty good selection (fresh squeeze orange juice, overnight oats, weißwurst, a selection of hams, bread, bacon etc) and the servers were also very quick to take away any dirty dishes. You are assigned a time for breakfast so go within the time frame. There is also an area for you to change and a locker room just for hotel guests so its not as chaotic as the other changing area. You also get to access the Therme an hour before it opens so you can slide when its not busy. The room itself was 250€ for a night but to me its worth it if you consider the entrance alone is 45€ per person and you get two days of admission (VitalityOasis costs extra for 14€ more per person but I highly recommend.) I was slightly frustrated with the blanket you get, it felt more like a bed sheet and not a fluffy blanket. There was also no toothpaste in the bathroom and the AC kept waking me up at night. Nonetheless good first stay and we will be back!

This is an absolutely gorgeous themed hotel attached to one of the best indoor water parks and spas in Europe. The theme of the rooms was excellent. Unfortunately, it is being run as a budget hotel and is not worth the premium price charged. There is not enough staff causing long delays at check-in. The staff appears to be untrained as the vast majority of the information that we were given was incorrect. We were handing a large pile of towels and robes to take up to the rooms in addition to our luggage. There were no luggage carts to aid, so we looked like mules trying to carry it all. Our next visit to the water park, we would stay in a budget hotel with budget prices for the budget experience we had.

Great hotel, kind staff, the pool was grat and I liked the "waves" in the pool, the waterpark was great, would have been nicer if it was warmer but it is ok, the spa was great and warm and I liked the "cave" because it was dark and sometimes water sprayed through the roof of the cave, we didnt get to go outside because it was cold, but the last time we were here we went outside and the waterslides were huge and fast, the rooms were big and nice, I would definitely recommend going here

Summer all year round. Kept at 32° with plenty of slides and a massive wave pool. Only down side is no water fountains so I spent a fortune on drinks.
