I dont know when was it a 4 star hotel but not in 2024. No aircon, two bulbs not working, dirty bathroom floor. But the worst is staff here. We were calling for the shuttle for the airport, receptionist told us driver is missing and he will call me back. Few other people were told to wait. We spent 45 minutes on the airport, other hotels shuttles came twice. Never happened and they unplugged the Phone! We came by taxi, shuttle driver was smoking outside, receptionist didn’t answer what happened, just shrugged. It’s not very close to the airport either, 20+ minutes ride in the mid of the night. Attached is the photo of hallway. You can hear everything going on behind the wall and on hallway. Heating doesn’t work well so the room was terribly cold 🥶 windows aren’t great you can feel wind on your feet. The double bed is two single’s together. Breakfast buffet is rich in choice.

Room is clean with Norma amenities such as coffee and water boiler,hair dryer... Breakfast was good, you might have little issues with the reception staff as they tend to ignore your sayings sometimes
