Der Fisch war lecker, allerdings stand auf der Rechnung Ikarimi-Lachs und auf der Karte Fjordforelle (Regenbogenforelle) und die Menge im Verhältnis zum Preis war sehr überschaubar. Blattsalate und grüner Spargel als Begleitung konnten leider auch nicht wirklich überzeugen. Den grünen Spargel hätte ich mir leicht in Butter angeschwenkt und möglicherweise leicht karamelisiert gewünscht. Die Vinaigrette empfand ich etwas übersäuert. Die Hauptgerichte und die Desserts wurden dann aber zum Gaumenschmaus! 🤩🤩🤩 Der Lammteller war sehr schön angerichtet und jede einzelne Komponente schmeckte für sich schon sehr gut, aber auch in Kombination super. Für das Handwerk war der Preis sicherlich gerechtfertigt, auch wenn ich mir ein bisschen mehr vom Fleisch gewünscht hätte. Die Jus war perfekt! 👌 Das Rumpsteak war perfekt gebraten und von toller Qualität. Wäre der kleine sichtbare Fettrand abgeschnitten gewesen, hätte ich es als Filet durchgehen lassen. 😉 Butterzart und fast nur mit der Gabel teilbar. Die Sauce Bearnaise war selbstgemacht, was heute leider auch nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Beim Dessert hatten wir ein Mousse aus Valrohnaschokolade, Tonkabohne auf einem hauchdünnen Buskuitteig und dazu selbstgemachtes Mascarponeeis. Geschmacklich gibt es keinerlei Kritik, auch der Spiegel von säuerlichen Früchten passte hervorragend als Gegenspieler. Insgesamt finde ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz passend, aber auf der anderen Seite bekommt man sehr kreative Gerichte mit viel Handwerk und Liebe zu Speisen Details...
