This is the best place if you need to buy a gift item in the center of the Erlangen city. The prices are OK but some of them are a bit expensive. It has almost every item you need, from jewelry, textile, bags, shoes etc. Though it has no easily accessible own parking, one could use the parking lot on top of Arcarden shopping mall (but you have to pay for parking) or can park behind the building (where you can find ample parking spaces on road for a cheaper parking ticket). I would recommend it due to its great collection and the convenient location. Also the quality of the products sold here are good or reasonable.

When the have a sale, the prices are really good.

The black woman at front of WC is so rude. We would like to change our twins pampers, another black woman already told us no changing table, so we said no problem because I can change their pampers and their grandma held them. There was a rude black woman walk out from inside when we were finishing no.1 and spoke their language (not English or deutsch). When we wanted to start no.2 the drama comes.. she said we can’t do that because no table. I said we don’t need table, she still said we can’t change it. I said we didn’t make any dirty and this is shopping mall.. there are many kids or families come to shopping, so we (who has kids) need to change their pampers in toilet. She said we can’t do that and we have to speak with her boss. I asked what’s your problem? Your shopping mall has no changing table that’s not our problem, if you have problem.. go to talk by yourself. She said she does have kid and still said come with me and talk with her boss. I said I’m your customer, I bring money to buy stuffs at this shopping mall so you should not be rude like this. She asked me “how much you paid for shop” … omg… this made me so angry!!!. I told my husband to find her manager.. my husband asked them where is your manager. They said don’t know (that’s weird because she just date us). When her boss shew up.. she said she told us no table. I said we don’t need table and we didn’t do your toilet dirty at all and there are changing table signs above and we just following the sign until this toilet. So, when her boss shew up. She changed her word so fast … she said she told us no changing table and I still wanna go in… then I said I don’t need a changing table! And if you don’t want we go in, you have to stop us before we walk-in to toilet or start opening our babies pants. And this is climax… she changed her word may be coz her boss stand her with us… she said oh! I thought you need a table if you don’t need that’s fine, no problem… I felt like wth.. I kept telling her that but she yelled to me and dare me to find her manager but now she understood thing so fast… hmmm I think her job tells us everything your she be kinda person but other housekeepers are so good , this is the first person I’ve ever seen that be bit** I’m so upset that the global shopping mall has staffs so rude like this. I won’t come back here again!!

Little bit expensive if you compare to other shope like adidas. But in here you can fine many brand in 1 place.

Security guard extremely rude and store is awfully overpriced. To explain: I went to the store back when appointments were still required for shopping, we had an appointment for the same time as the store opens. The store opened 5 minutes late and he only allowed the people with no appointments to come in. When asked, he completely ignored us.

They have many options ,many branded products but they are a little bit pricey.

Fairly big and has good stock of items. If course it is the best in the town in comparison.

Nice place to shop in Erlangen, if we visit frequently we will get some good deals.

Thought I got a nice jacket for the kid, but the zipper was malfunctioning. In a proper store, this is not a problem at all, you return it, they complain to their suppliers, end of story. However the employee thought it'd be a good idea to refuse and disagree. Never again.

Great selection of shops over three floors. Plenty to browse and some nice places to have food.

Some parts of the store are messy or even dirty. Could use more care.
