Hello, it was 6:10pm and according to the website on the Printemps capsule there were still 2 available spots, one at 6:55 and another at 7pm I arrive directly onsite at the girl was doing a facial to other customer and I asked her if she was available after ( she did not even say hi, nothing) and she said no. I say that according to the website there were still 2 spots available and she kept saying and no that there were no any other spots available. Super rude. So I though ok if I had booked and arrived what would you have done? That is unfortunate because I really wanted to try the sculpt one! Not coming back to the printemps one for sure.

As it is my neighborhood salon, I had the chance the try few of the facials( sharpen many times and that one i would strongly recommend) and each time it was a great choice - very relaxing, but you can see the effects. Now I can't wait to explore some new stuff. Agnieszka Gradziel
