I am on my 4/5th permanent hair removal session. I have been following this hair removal center for over a year. I read the comments, and I agree with the opinion on the "matte skin" lady, I apologize in advance for calling her that but she never wears her blouse with her name during the sessions, so difficult to know his first name. This famous lady is not friendly, she clearly lacks professionalism. The sessions with her are painful and she doesn't take any breaks, doesn't ask the client's opinion on the pain... it's absurd. In addition, following the summer holidays, the closure of the center and health problems which forced me to take antibiotics, my appointment for my 5th session was considerably postponed and therefore I exceeded 4 months between sessions. I was informed by email that as a result I was no longer eligible for the 2 touch-up sessions offered in the package. I requested a complaint, and I never received a response to my email. I can understand that respecting the spacing time between sessions is crucial for a good result but I do not find it professional not to respond to your clients. Especially since we still pay €2000 for our packages so the least we can do is respond to us! I am not very happy with my experience at your hair removal center. I hope that following this review, I will have an answer, otherwise I would stop my sessions in your center and I would request reimbursement for my next sessions. Sincerely.

I came some time ago, and unfortunately I was very disappointed. The girls are very nice, the office is clean. But the sessions are extremely painful and the pulsed light did not work for me. So I was reimbursed for the sessions that remained to be done, and I spent money for nothing for the 4 sessions completed. It was after 4 sessions that there was no change that the person who took care of me told me that I had to stop because it wasn't taking effect. So I went to laser and I have nothing left! And as he is a doctor he prescribes cream and therefore no pain.

I started my underarm + half-leg package in September 2021 and I have just finished all my sessions included in my package as well as the 2 touch-up sessions. I am sincerely SCANDALIZED by the attitude of the dark-skinned girl (whose first name I don't know because she never introduced herself to me) who had to take care of me several times during my journey. She is not professional or friendly, she never wears the Dépil’tech outfit and is always extremely unpleasant (without exception), the sessions are always much more painful and burdensome with her. I give 2 stars only for the professionalism and humanity of Marine which is exceptional. In addition, following the summer holidays I had to move my last retouching session 1 month after my last exhibition which made us mid-October. However, one of the employees abruptly told me that I would not be able to do this last session because they are on vacation for 2 weeks in October and reopen until today is October 24, but my package was “finished” on that date. So, according to them, I had to give up my last paid session “because it’s too late”. Finally after a long battle on the phone, they ended up agreeing to grant me this last appointment, which was previously “impossible”. So I went there this morning and arrived 10 minutes late due to a transport problem, I had warned on the phone 5 minutes earlier, once arrived, no hello, a cold welcome and the woman with dark skin tells me that there are only 15 minutes left, we won't be able to do everything from there, she rushes to treat certain areas and finishes in less than 10 minutes before letting me go. Is it normal to have such a low-end service when you pay more than €1000??! As for the results, it's not perfect, I still have some hairs but very fine and light (especially on the knees), the guarantee of removing almost 100% of the hairs is obviously not respected. I saw that they changed the brand name “dermaclinik” with new practices (laser), but the practitioners do not seem to change them…I strongly advise you to go to ANOTHER brand, if you want to be respected and get value for your money!!

I went to find out about laser hair removal and came across the manager (Marine). She made an appointment for me even though I didn’t have an appointment! And she was super transparent with me! She didn't lie to me or even try to make me spend more (I wanted to do my half leg but the hair was too light and fine). In any case, I am very happy with the welcome, the kindness, the gentleness, the benevolence and above all the honesty of Marine! I recommend + + A big thank-you !

Good morning, I share my experience a year ago I started my hair removal sessions the first one went well and it was the only one after that I had a series of problems, burns on the legs, relational very difficult and poor treatment sometimes, I reported it each time to the manager but.. In the end I lost a fairly substantial sum of €2500 for a mediocre performance.... Be careful not to be fooled like me.
