This appart-hotel has good and bad things. The good things: Location; it is a nice neighborhood, the hotel is just in front of a metro station of the line 7 which is very convenient. It also has a supermarket downstairs. The attention from the crew was nice, as well as the overall price. The bad things: Cleaning is definitely not their strength. When we arrived the kitchen and the toilet were dirty, as well as windows, and in the 3rd day when room service came to clean they only changed bed sheets and towels, that was it.

A decent hotel. The location is decent, but keep in mind that getting to, or around the city centre will take you about 30 to 45 minutes with public transport. There is a metro right in front of the hotel. Additionally you will find a supermarket right around the corner. Hence, most important facilities are within hand reach. The rooms of the hotel are plenty big. But when it comes to hygiene I found the kitchen and toilet to be dirty. The staff was friendly.

Full marks to the hotel for its location as it is right next to the metro station and well stocked supermarket. The staff was friendly and informative. Communication was also not a problem as they were comfortable with English. We were very lucky with the room as it was a spacious one with a small kitchen section. Basically it was a studio room. There were 2 single beds which could be joined together. The washroom was also spacious and the bathing area had a bit more room than the average European washroom. The kitchen was well stocked with a microwave, stove unit, electric kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery. The only thing that we had to compromise with was the absence of air conditioning or a ceiling fan. They had however arranged a standing fan for us which solved the issue.

DON’T BELIEVE THE PHOTOS OR LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM. I booked through my credit card’s travel service only to find out that our room was nothing like the pictures. It’s difficult to explain, but the bathroom was literally unfurnished — a shower head in one corner, a toilet and sink in the other, with a drain in the middle. It was as depressing and disgustingly unclean as it sounds. Even the photos of my room were vastly different than what I received. The flooring was incredibly marked up and damaged; the walls were knicked and dented; and the bed frame and paltry ‘desk’ were equally as damaged and unstable. The room itself looked as if it was not cleaned with crumbs on the floor of the kitchenette. If that wasn’t bad enough, I had my laptop bag and electronics stolen from my room with zero help from the staff, despite being able to literally confirm via Find My iPhone that they were right where I left them. An absolutely disgustingly dirty hotel with unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Don’t even bother, the cheap price and okay location near the Metro isn’t worth it.

Riddicoulus mentallity. Worst appart city i ever been. The receptionists are arrogant. Just a few examples. I kindly asked them to open the toilet please becouse it is closed and i'm in an urgent and desprate need of it. The response was that: you have one in your room (btw my girlfriend took the key becouse she went to the shop and i arrived earlier and they don't want to give 2 keys to the room even dough you need for the elevator and even the stairs) go there i wont open it. And it was the PUBLIC restroom of the hotel... The cleaning staff are YELLING all over the corridor in the morning. When i went out to ask them to be a little bit quieter the response was: IT'S 10:30 in the mornig! (I arrived at 3 am from work and i wanted to rest a bit... so sorry my sleep disturbed the yellig of the staff...) I recomment to any 1 who considers to come here... DO NOT!!! (If i'd work with this mentallity in my country i'd been INSTANTLY fired no questions asked!!! Disgusting...

Pros: good size room, nice TV, good internet, near metro stop Cons: Ratty carpet, pet urine odors, heavy cigarette smoke from nearby room in a "non smoking" hotel. Not enforced by staff.

Good spacious apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, sufficient storage, studio kitchen and sofa bed. Sofa bed available in apartment. Storage and locker available. Sufficiently clean, regularly changes towels, bedsheets etc. Rooms a bit dusty as the cleaners didn’t Vaccum clean well. Kitchenette stocked with plates, glasses, few cups, one pan, one saucepan, 2-3 glass bowls, kettle, microwave. Provides soap, body cream, shower gel, toilet tissues, face tissues etc. Washing/dryer facility available. Free wifi. Super market below. Metro nearby. Bakery nearby. Restaurant near by. Shower could be cleaned better! Comfortable stay. Friendly reception staff. Secure entry. Breakfast available on charges. Honest home service staff.

I checked at this hotel 9 September 2019 for three nights. First impression when I walked into my room was shocking the trash basket was full. Next day I sounded a complaint to duty manager. I came back in the afternoon the trash basket was still full. I had to call one of service staff to take it out. For three nights the room was not serviced. Lastly management refused to give me early check in and also late checkout. Also no one apologised for the bad service.

Don’t waist your money !!! One night about more than 90€ but all self survive. I needed to change towel, rubbish everything my self. Came down to reception to get new towel everyday and some time they told me “we don’t have new towel now” what’s?! You need to wash dishes after use, otherwise they will charge you. And their was already rubbish in my room when I checked-in. You can see how they cleaned it. Bath room was horrible smell and room was too cold. Staff are not really profesional. Good thing is only metro station is 1min walk and supermarket is downstairs that’s it.

We are very dissatisfied with this hotel! We expected a nice rest and recuperation and instead an hour before our arrival at the hotel they cancelled our stay with no notice and no reason. We tried to contact them three times but to no avail. Not recommended!

Most of the receptionists don't speak english, they don't even try to. There were ants in my room. As I asked for a solution, the receptionist came to my room with a spray and I got almost intoxicated. A nightmare, place to avoid

Good hotel close to most of the iconic places, metro 7 is just 1 minute away, the supermarket is at the side of the hotel, the receptionist was very kind-hearted she checked me and my family early in at 10 am I even told her I will pay extra but she was happy with a kind gesture. It's not expensive I stayed 3 days, and the kitchen, bathroom, attached heaters all was in good condition, really worth the money for this hotel. Overall worth the stay. thanks a lot

Printer wasn't working so i did not get a receipt from my stay. It was promesid to be send over as soon as possible but still haven't received it... Overall cleaning of the bathroom and state of the bathroom was very bad.

The breakfast service was great. You won't have enough butter to cover your bread though. Don't expect to have wifi in every room, and the floor to be clean. You'll find enough kitchen equipment but no sponge.

i hates it when the next door or the upper room turned the TV ‏volume up and you can’t sleep even if i go to the reception three times they never help you. i can’t do anything because i payed one months in advance. it’s 11:16 now and i can hear the room above me noise and i can’t sleep except write this review.

Very Close to the Metro. A supermarket is just around the corner. A bakery is located few steps away. Few take-aways, a pharmacy and a Halal butcher shop across the road. Less than 30 minutes to Central Paris by Metro. Staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable compared to others. An ideal location to stay in Paris.

Good place to stay. Kitchen was provided with all required items to cook. Supermarket is just below the building. Metro is just outside the hotel. Very convenient. Rooms were big and clean. Only the pathways were little dirty and only 1 lift was working causing inconvenience. Will laurely recommend.

The flat was overall good, just few meters walk from the metro connection and 35mins by Metro from the main attractions, having the casino super market by the side to get some stuff till 10PM was added advantage. Room was neat and clean with kitchen and small dining. Complain -- We were in room 407. there is leckage in each water tap like in kitchen and bathroom tap. whenever it is in use there is water droplets coming all the time. and this makes the bathroom always wet which is annoying. If this is fixed I am happy to recommend this apartment to my friends. Thank you so much

Stayed 2 nights for an event in the immediate area. Clean rooms but customer service could use some TLC. We had to argue for new towels and there is no such thing as late checkout so be ready to be out by 11am.

If only there were 0 stars I wouldve put some. Ants in the room and when we asked the receptionist to have someone come clean she said "there isnt anyone" and then when askes to change the room she said she cant. Rude receptionist, unclean place.

Convenient location with the metro station just down the block. There is a supermarket on the same block too. The room are nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen is good enough for light cooking.

every thing is good. Excellent location, beside the metro, also Excellent for Arab and Muslim people there are many halal restaurants and shops near it. Needs more cleaning, the apartment is very comfortable, but needs more cleaning.

This hotel does not feel like a 3 star hotel as it says it is. The room is clean, just a few spots that are worse for wear and need touching up. Each room has their own boiler, which depending on the person can either be good or bad. It does steal some space in the room for its own seperate closet though, to which in my room wouldn't fully close. The heater, as many pictures showed, does have some heat stains. It could do with a replacement for something better looking. The carpet is clean, it just is a bit worn out as you can see in the picture I took of it. The bathroom is clean just a bit of calcification on the edges of the shower door. There are no ants in the room as some reviews might have said. They have likely fixed that issue. The view of my room was not great (looked onto another big building) but your mileage may vary depending on the room of course. The beds are quite hard but I know a lot of people like them a bit more stiff. This hotel is located about 30-40 minutes from the center with the metro and about a 50 minute - 1hour drive. If you are looking for something nice and comfortable to stay at, I would probably recommend somewhere else as there are other places at around the same price that are better.

Decent hotel, including most of the things i needed for a weekend stay. Very close to metro station and super market. My special thanks to the lovely lady in breakfast room who did me a big favor. I’ll never forget your kindness and the joy it gave me <3

Excellent hotel, clean, and friendly stuff at the reception. I really liked that you got a mini kitchen to cook or make your own coffee. The Wifi is fast, and the breakfast is good compared to the price. Adding on that, great location! Very close to the metro station + there is a supermarket near the hotel. I recommend it and will come back again when in Paris.

Not happy with our stay. The actual room and bathroom was completely different then what was shared during the booking.

Rooms are infested with ants. Hallways smell so bad. Only one small elevator works and it needs a card to be activated and cards are not read by the elevator easily. Overall not a great place for the price.

Location is great. Above a supermarket and 10 meters from the subway entrance. Appartment was a bit mediocre. Could use an update/renovation. Floor of the bathroom may have been clean but it looked dirty (I think because of its age). Superhigh toiletseat was a bit weird to us, but not a big deal. Bed was okay, but not enough power sockets. 1 on each side of the bed, so you could either charge the phone there, plug in the nightlight or plug in the fan. More sockets in the livingroom though, but I just prefer next to the bed. Airco was non-existent or not working. Not sure if the ventilationsystem worked, but it seemed like it didn't. TV's were good, though only French channels. Buth had Chromecast, but only 1 was configured correctly. The other wouldn't connect to the WiFi, which made it useless.

This is really an uncomfortable place. There are even small ants and spiders on beds and tables. Bad environment and harsh front desk.

Very good location. Supermarket near by, metro statio near by. The hotel is nice, the kitchen is a plus. People at the reception were not very nice. I did not have breakfast there.

Awful experience!!! My friend booked a room in this hotel for our reunion in Paris. She made a reservation on Airbnb but nobody was answering our messages there. So I called the hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude. I asked her why nobody answers on Airbnb and her response was: I don't know. Then I ask if she knows who's responsible for bookings on Airbnb in their team and her answer was cold "no" again. I tried to ask if it's possible to have an additional blanket for the bed so we can have separate blankets (since nobody answered this question on Airbnb). Her reply was: it's not possible. -"Even for additional pay? You are the hotel, you probably have more blankets?" -"If you want, you can take one with you" - that was the answer. Of course, we canceled the reservation after that. How it is even possible to talk like this to your clients? I was shocked! Horrible service.

Checkin was super easy, and prior it I was receiving emails regarding all information needed for the stay. The location of the Hotel is super good. Right in front to a Metro (Subway) station which connects to the center of Paris very easy, and above a grocery store. Cleaning was good too. The down side for me was the breakfast: I wish I coyld have more variety. All in all, a very good option for vacation stay.
