The design is magnificent and it makes very good coffee (I prefer it to the competing brand that I have used for a long time).

Hello, I see that not all customers are in the same boat. When I returned to the store, no one was available to offer me help, except there was only 1 customer. Then when I arrived at the checkout I was not offered the loyalty program except the customer before had offered it. I imagine that when you're young you don't have the budget for Alessi, I'm disappointed. I will not recommend your brand, it is far too pretentious.
