This accommodation is very clean and very comfortable. It has nice little touches such as a bottle of champagne on arrival, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, wifi and decent amenities. The room was lovely and warm and although the apartment is effectively a studio in size it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very close to the Metro and a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and heaps of restaurants. Overall a very nice place to stay in Paris

if you are looking to stay in an apartment that is a step above a youth hostel that you found a good fit. This was by far the worst AIRBNB property I ever stayed in. 1- Front door of the building does not close properly. Security Risk 2- The host advertises 1 1/2 bathroom. There are two very small rooms, one is shower and sink and the other is toilet and sink. The room with the toilet is on the middle of a staircase so be carful exiting. The one with the shower is very small and there is a glass door that opens into the shower. The issue is the shower head prevents you from opening the door. If you weigh over 180 lbs you will have difficulty getting in. 3- host advertises 3 flight walk up. Thats to the apartment door and you have one flight to the living room and one to the bedroom so count on five flights. 4- There was a leak in the roof and they put a garbage can to catch the water. The drip of the water made it difficult to sleep and when we contacted the host we were told to put a bathmat there to stop the sound. There were 3 towels for three people, no hand towels and 1 kitchen towel. 5- The biggest problem was that when you run the shower the apartment fills with a very strong sulfur smell. I don't know if it's from the drain or where it's coming from but at no time during our week stay and numerous text message did they offer any assistance. The response was always we are trying to get in touch with a technician or the syndicate but at no time did anyone help. The apartment smelled like rotten eggs the entire time and it made our clothes and hair smell also. (Not enjoyable to go around Paris smelling like eggs). We tried on numerous occasions to discuss with Habitat Parisien and requested refund. They would not answer our request or AIRBNB customer service. I would never stay in one of their apartments again. The best part of staying in this apartment was leaving it. Buyer Beware

This place was amazing, within the 1st arrondissement. You walk out your door and to the left is The Louvre Museum less than a block from where you are staying. Several solid rated restaurants are on the same block as the apartment. Also, you can walk to many attractions within 10 minutes from this location. The metro is just up the block on Avenue de l'Opéra (Pyramides Station). The crew at Habitat Parisien made sure to hold our bags while the apartment was being cleaned. The three girls that were working at the office were very pleasant and informative. They also checked in with us during our trip to make sure we didn't have any questions. This organization runs everything top tier and the property was very well cleaned upon our arrival. There were only two minor issues during our stay one was that they were doing a bit of construction on the Hotel Normandy next door with some early morning banging, which stopped long enough to allow us to get back to sleep. I would have like to be notified before the stay, as it was a bit of an abrupt wake up call. The other was the washing/drying machine instructions, I had to go online to really figure out how to use the machine, free advice just press the blue fast start button then understand you will need to dry your clothes a bit longer after. They did provide a welcome book with all the info you needed, though the washing machine instructions were a bit vague. Some positive news, as a tall guy 6'3" and everywhere we looked for an apartment they were very small. This apartment had 20 plus feet ceilings, as you can see from the pictures. It's always nerve wracking booking a trip out of country because you don't always get what you expect. Well the team from Habitat Parisien put my mind at ease as soon as we arrived. If your looking to book an apartment in Paris and don't know which way to go then check with Habitat Parisien.

Very nice apartment, clean, spacious and close to cates, bakeries and sites. The apartment is very well equipped. The location next to Louvre (check out that Louvre-Rivoli underground station!) is very convenient, the district seems safe , too. The communication with Habitat Parisien Team is really good, they reply fast to all emails. We would stay here again!

Amazing flat on the grands boulevards with 4 bedrooms! We had a great experience here in this very centrally located space, very comfortable with a large living room and the 4 bathrooms en suite. Habitat Parisien team was very kind and communicated well. Everything was very easy and enjoyable, nice suggestions for restaurant, we want definitly back! Special touch during the check in, thank you again!

Stayed with Habitat Parisien for two months and the experience was one of the nicest, smoothest experiences I ever had. Yamanda was responsible for making sure my stay is nice and she did an incredible job. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with this place! The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, spacious and comfortable for 6 people (including 2 children). We had everything we needed, comfortable beds and soft towels. There were air coolers so the place was never too hot. The company was more than helpful at check in, and, responded immediately to my messages. After we had checked out, we were able to leave our bags safely at the office for the rest of the day. The apartment couldn't be better placed. It is about 1 minute from Quatre Septembre metro station. Highly recommended!

A compact space, nicely designed, perfect for a couple! The location is excellent - you can see the Louvre right outside of the building - however, the apartment is very quiet, being faced towards the interior garden. Looking forward to coming back!

We had the pleasure of staying at a HP listed apartment in November 2022. Had a wonderful stay and amazing communication and app leading up to stay. Originally it was booked via Airbnb but due to COVID and a credit, we ended up booking direct. Our apartment was magnificent and in a fantastic street surrounded by food stores and restaurants In the 2nd. A Secure, beautiful clean apartment for 2 girls. I can highly recommended this company and I look toward to staying at another apartment in the future. Thanks HP team, it was a delight!

I always wanted to visit Paris and it was beyond my expectations: the location in front of the Louvre was amazing, the apartment was perfectly clean and we’ve been well welcomed. I’ll come back without any doubt!

Although it was a bit cumbersome getting the keys from a separate location, the stay was very enjoyable. The location of the apartment is nicely placed in La Marais. And, it was what I needed for a one week stay.

What a lovely location! Apartment is beautiful and well-equipped with everything that you could ever need in the kitchen. Wifi was great, beds were comfortable, and even the towels were good quality. Would love to stay again!

I stayed in Nicolas' apartment for 2 and a half months and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was shining and spotless; the rooms are super cosy and it's a lovely place to be on an evening. Contact with the agency was great. They were welcoming and friendly, and I didn't feel shy when I had a question; they were always happy to help. I'd highly recommend a stay here and would love to come back next time I'm in the city!

We had a wonderful time at Nicolas’ place. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed in a compact space. The shower is great - excellent pressure: It was super central, across the road from the Louvre (1st arrondissement), which meant walking to all the Paris sites was very easy. (This was especially helpful given the train strike!!) There’s supermarkets and restaurants a block away so that makes meals very easy. Plus pharmacies and shops - everything you could need. The street is busy but once you get into the building it is very quiet - we slept very well. The bed is very comfortable! Nicolas and Ann-Sophie are very easy to communicate with - we arrived early (after an early flight) and we’re expecting to leave our luggage at the office, but we are able to check in even earlier! That was wonderful! The only feature we would have liked is being able to keep the curtains open onto the middle courtyard - being on the 1st floor we felt it better privacy to keep them shut. But that was probably unrealistic in Paris and we were out most of the time enjoying Paris! We would definitely book again! An excellent Airbnb property. Thanks Nicolas!!

This place is gorgeous! We loved the location, and the big windows are perfect for people watching. It’s also more home-y and comfortable than the pictures look. The only issue we had was with the appliances, they were a little difficult to use and the oven was in a language that was neither French or English, but we figured it out. Would definitely return. Host was very helpful and accommodating with an early check in.

Hosts were very easy to communicate with and had quick response times. Having them book airport transfers was helpful. A binder filled with instructions on how to use the appliances was also extremely helpful to foreigners like us. Many neighborhood restaurants and shops just steps away. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Paris.”
