I
am
writing
this
review
to
express
my
frustration
with
the
poor
management
control
and
communication
at
YouFirst.
As
an
international
student,
I
have
relied
on
the
services
and
accommodations
provided
by
this
company,
but
I
have
recently
encountered
a
significant
issue
with
my
check-out
date
and
rental
contract.
Despite
speaking
with
my
residence
manager,
I
am
now
being
told
that
I
need
to
pay
€558
until
May
18th,
even
though
I
left
on
May
2nd.
This
is
causing
a
significant
financial
burden,
and
I
cannot
justify
paying
for
a
period
in
which
I
will
not
be
occupying
the
apartment.
Furthermore,
I
have
experienced
several
other
issues
in
the
building,
such
as
my
heater
not
being
operational
,
water
issues,
elevators
not
being
operational
and
the
lack
of
service
provided
by
YouFirst.
I
have
tried
to
address
these
issues
with
the
management,
but
it
seems
that
there
is
a
constant
change
in
management
and
poor
communication
that
only
leads
to
more
confusion
and
inconvenience
for
tenants.
I
urge
the
management
to
take
this
matter
seriously
and
provide
a
fair
and
reasonable
solution
to
this
issue.
As
a
tenant,
I
expect
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
fairness,
and
it
is
disappointing
to
experience
such
poor
management
and
communication.
I
hope
that
this
review
will
encourage
the
management
to
take
immediate
action
and
address
these
issues,
so
that
tenants
can
have
a
positive
and
stress-free
experience
while
living
in
the
accommodation
provided
by
YouFirst.
