Buying
a
motorcycle
at
Espace
Murit
was
a
long
and
painful
misadventure
for
us!
We
live
in
the
southwest
and
decided
to
buy
a
new
Ducati
from
this
dealership
with
a
black
paint
preparation
that
we
liked.
My
spouse
picked
up
the
motorcycle
on
May
19
and
returned
with
it
by
highway,
840
km.
The
next
day
we
realize
that
3
screws
are
missing
from
the
fork
crown!!!!
Yes
yes
you
read
well!
Thanks
to
Espace
Murit
for
these
missing
security
elements
that
could
have
cost
my
spouse
dearly!
8
days
of
immobilization
while
waiting
to
receive
them.
But
our
disappointments
don't
stop
there:
2
days
after
the
purchase,
the
paint
on
the
rims
comes
off
just
by
running
your
fingernail
over
it!
The
fairing
also
shows
the
original
red
paint
in
some
places.
We
are
offered
a
correction
pen
as
a
solution!
We
are
talking
about
a
motorcycle
bought
NEW
at
30000€!!!
3
weeks
later
it's
downright
a
piece
of
paint
the
size
of
a
€2
coin
that
comes
off
the
fairing!
It
took
more
than
2
months
for
them
to
find
a
solution
for
us:
send
them
back
all
the
parts
to
be
repainted.
But
here
again
the
space
matures
does
not
play
fair,
and
at
the
beginning
of
August
sends
us
back
the
rooms
while
some
were
not
repainted!
And
of
course
no
commercial
gesture
for
the
2
months
of
immobilization
of
the
motorcycle
and
all
the
inconveniences.
No
excuse.
The
boss
of
this
box
is
simply
dishonest
and
inconsiderable
contempt!
We
were
more
than
patient
and
conciliatory
for
almost
3
months
seeking
an
amicable
settlement
but
this
odious
character
forced
us
to
become
procedural
and
involve
our
legal
protection
to
obtain
an
expertise
of
the
motorcycle
and
thus
well-deserved
financial
compensation.
And
I'm
not
talking
about
the
wrists
that
had
been
colored
with
black
marker
(and
not
even
entirely,
only
the
part
visible
above,
proof
of
laxity!),
the
manual
that
we
were
never
sent,
the
battle
that
was
to
recover
the
original
parts
(many
follow-up
emails!)…
Goodbye
dream,
hello
nightmare!
In
short,
if
you
want
to
buy
a
motorcycle,
without
any
unpleasant
surprises,
go
your
way
and
do
not
stop
at
Espace
Murit!
(According
to
my
spouse,
only
the
sales
people
raise
the
level
of
this
concession
a
little)

Acheter
une
moto
à
l’espace
murit,
fut
pour
nous
une
longue
et
pénible
mésaventure!
Nous
vivons
dans
le
sud
ouest
et
avons
décidé
d’acheter
dans
cette
concession
une
ducati
neuve
bénéficiant
d’une
préparation
peinture
noire
qui
nous
plaisait.
Mon
conjoint
a
été
cherché
la
moto
le
19
mai
et
est
revenu
avec
par
l’autoroute
soit
840
km.
Le
lendemain
on
se
rend
compte
qu’il
manque
3
vis
au
té
de
fourche!!!!
Oui
oui
vous
lisez
bien!
Merci
à
espace
murit
pour
ces
éléments
de
sécurité
manquants
qui
auraient
pu
coûter
très
cher
à
la
vie
de
mon
conjoint!
8
jours
d’immobilisation
en
attendant
de
les
recevoir.
Mais
là
ne
s’arrêtent
pas
nos
déconvenues
:
2
jours
après
l’achat
c’est
la
peinture
des
jantes
qui
saute
rien
qu’en
y
passant
l’ongle!
Le
carénage
laisse
aussi
apparaître
la
peinture
rouge
d’origine
à
certains
endroits.
On
nous
propose
comme
solution
un
stylo
correcteur!
On
parle
bien
d’une
moto
achetée
NEUVE
à
30000€!!!
3
semaines
plus
tard
c’est
carrément
un
bout
de
peinture
de
la
taille
d’une
pièce
de
2€
qui
se
décolle
du
carenage!
Il
aura
fallu
plus
de
2
mois
pour
qu’ils
nous
trouvent
une
solution
:
leur
renvoyer
toutes
les
pièces
pour
qu’elles
soient
repeintes.
Mais
là
encore
l’espace
murit
ne
joue
pas
franc
jeu,
et
début
août
nous
renvoie
les
pièces
alors
que
certaines
non
pas
étaient
repeintes!
Et
bien
évidement
aucun
geste
commercial
pour
les
2
mois
d’immobilisation
de
la
moto
et
tous
les
désagréments.
Pas
d’excuse.
Le
patron
de
cette
boite
est
tout
simplement
malhonnête
et
d’un
mépris
inconsiderable!
Nous
avons
été
plus
que
patients
et
conciliants
pendant
presque
3
mois
cherchant
un
arrangement
à
l’amiable
mais
cet
odieux
personnage
nous
a
obligé
à
devenir
procédurier
et
faire
intervenir
notre
protection
juridique
pour
obtenir
une
expertise
de
la
moto
et
ainsi
réparation
financière
largement
méritée.
Et
je
ne
vous
parle
pas
des
poignets
qui
avaient
été
coloriées
au
marqueur
noir
(et
même
pas
entièrement,
uniquement
la
partie
visible
au
dessus,
preuve
de
laxisme!),
du
manuel
qu’on
ne
nous
a
jamais
envoyé,
de
la
bataille
qu’a
été
de
récupérer
les
pièces
d’origine
(nombreux
mails
de
relance!)…
Adieu
le
rêve,
bonjour
le
cauchemar!
Bref
si
vous
souhaitez
acheter
une
moto,
sans
mauvaise
surprise,
passez
votre
chemin
et
ne
vous
arrêtez
surtout
pas
à
l’espace
Murit!
(Selon
mon
conjoint
seuls
les
commerciaux
relèvent
un
peu
le
niveau
de
cette
concession)
