i once phoned this takeaway and requested one large chips rice and bbq sauce and one salted chilli chips and spoke to a young girl (age 15 turning 16 in november 2020, goes to park mains high school and lives in dargavel) and while placing my order my 3 year old child was crying in the background, when i asked for a moment to tell my child to quit down a was told non politely to hurry up since they’re busy when i asked what she had just said to me in shock she said “you heard you old fud” a was shocked at the way this young female was speaking to me and requested to cancel the order since i was in such shock and felt that my money should not go to this place. i highly recommend another chinese restaurant as the staff are so cheeky.

I had chicken curry and fried rice but the curry tasted as if the lid had fell off the salt when seasoning it. Sorry can't recommend unless you like salt!

I have ordered from here on numerous occasions and have always had positive feedback however recently I was ordering a dinner for me and my daughter who I was having round for dinner to as it was her birthday a week before and I hadn’t got to see her and I totally forgot what I was ordering it took me a few seconds to remember but the cheek I got by the young girl who was working there at the time totally took me by shock her response was “hurry up and decide or I’m hanging up on you I am sick and tired of having to put up with you pensioners all day long I have had a hard day “ this happend on a Sunday and the person sounded like young teenage girl around 16 years old

About a week ago I phoned an order I asked for chicken fried rice and I got just fried rice so didn’t bother about I just phoned another order, so last night on nightshift so I phoned an order again for delivery I asked again for chicken fried rice with a bit extra gravy got my order delivered so when was was ready to eat it looking forward to and it had no gravy in it what’s going on I’ve never had this problem all these years. 🤨🙁

I have been a very good customer for several year and order from here sometimes 3 times a week as I think this is the best we have to pick in the area,but tonight I ordered food and asked the girl if I could have my chips put in a double paper bag as this keeps the chips more crisp rather than soggy, the girl replied I would have to pay 5p for the extra paper bag, I asked why because it's plastic bags that are the problem and not paper bags that actually break up in the ground,this is wrong and should not happen,I am now going to take this to my MP as I have tried to phone on several occasions to discuss this matter but just get cut off , customer service diplorable

Food was not as good as expected but was not that bad that you would complain over all id say order extra sauce as even on fried rice and Curry sauce they didnt put enough in lol only thing you could complain about is waiting time it was way over time as waiting time was 40min so it is a need to order before you go pick up lol

Used to b a great food place. Stayed in Erskine 35 yrs used to b great. Last week a ordered a banana fritter. Got pineapple. This week av ordered a beef curry fried rice n pancake rolls. Got a mushroom curry. No spring rolls!!!!!!! Very much disappointed.

The cafe at Caulders is rather good and reasonably priced . Coffee is good and has taste. If you enjoy meringues and cream, you will not be disappointed. Other foods are good also .

We took my elderly mum for lunch and we enjoyed it. The soup and sandwich deal is good value and everything was made fresh . I wasn't very hungry but they have a lovely array of cakes which I need to go back to try . Nice shop as well 👍

This is a great garden centre. There is a wide selection of plants, pots and furniture. The restaurant serves a variety of well cooked food at reasonable prices, while the staff throughout are polite and helpful.

First time I have been to Caulders Centre. Really lovely restaurant. Had tea and a slice of carrot cake! Could have had a full meal. Great menu, reasonable prices. I will definitely be back again soon! 😀

Garden centre with restaurant and cafeteria which has a nice variety of cakes for sale. They do have some products which are suitable for those with food allergies. There is a shop which sells much more than garden requirements. It's a very pleasant place to spend time away from the present wintry weather and on better days you can enjoy the wide variety of plants on offer.

We go in now and again for breakfast. Two full Scottish breakfasts with tea, toast and orange juice for £15 which is fantastic value. Staff are all friendly. If you haven't been, you should go.

Sandwiches dry and not freshly made, soup not hot enough, and to top it all, I ordered a glass of apple juice that never arrived. The floor needed swept and people were queuing to be seated. Better to let customers seat themselves as nobody was paying them any attention. We chose our seats!! This chain has gone downhill. Used to be much better!

Took 3 over 75's here for lunch whilst visiting a relative in Erskine Hospital. Good selection of above average priced food, but better than another similar type venue chain dotted around the City. The sweet potato and chilli soup was simply excellent.

Very good garden centre, with young friendly staff. Usually able find plants I want here, both in quality and price. Also has it's own restaurant/cafe. Portions aren't big, but very tasty. Good selection of cakes.

Always like to drop in here from time to time, restaurant has great snacks and garden accessories, their selection of Scottish goods from jewellery to clothing is also worth a look. Staff are all very welcome, friendly and helpful.

Dropped in here for a lunch meeting with some family in January 2023. Very friendly and efficient staff who were chatty and dealt with our orders quickly. We had, soup, sandwiches, scones and coffee. Panninis were nice, soup and sandwich deal (£7.99) was a good feed with VERY well filled sandwiches. Scotch broth could have been a bit tastier but the mushroom soup was spot on. Prices were reasonable.

Went for a verbum Kilimanjaro. very disappointed. Very leggy with no leaves I didn't come out empty handed though. Good selection of interesting plants and shrubs
