Kerstin
-
your
hairdresser.
My
hairdresser?
No
thanks!!!
Once
and
never
again.
It
was
clear
to
me
right
from
the
start
that
as
a
young
man
you
shouldn't
have
high
expectations
of
your
craft,
but
I
didn't
expect
it
to
turn
out
the
way
it
did.
Apart
from
the
fact
that
it
took
about
40
minutes
each
for
me
and
a
colleague
to
cut
a
perfectly
normal
hairstyle
with
short
hair
(sides
2
mm
with
a
machine,
shortening
a
little
at
the
top
and
a
transition),
everything
was
simply
messed
up.
The
staff
seemed
like
they
had
never
held
a
hair
clipper
in
their
hands,
it's
a
mystery
to
me
how
they
manage
to
deface
the
sides
with
a
2mm
attachment
so
that
it
looks
wave-like.
But
the
main
thing
is
that
there
is
a
master's
certificate
hanging
on
the
wall,
the
validity
of
which
should
be
checked.
When
the
hairstyle
is
“finished”
after
about
40-45
minutes,
another
surprise
comes
at
the
checkout.
Instead
of
€11,
€15.50
is
suddenly
charged,
you
ask
yourself
why?
Clearly,
it
was
a
particularly
complicated
hairstyle
with
a
transition
:)
is
what
the
manager
said.
In
addition,
Mrs.
Kerstin
Halt
explained
that
one
should
have
expected
even
less
for
11€.
After
I
looked
at
it
calmly
in
the
car,
I
decided
to
go
back
to
get
an
improvement
in
the
hairstyle,
as
I
was
legally
entitled
to!
The
owner,
however,
had
to
become
stubborn
and
grin
cynically
when
she
heard
that
I
was
not
satisfied
with
her
work
and
wanted
it
improved.
No,
she
supposedly
still
had
customers,
yes
I
must
have
been
blind
that
I
didn't
see
any
customers.
Instead
of
taking
another
2
minutes
to
briefly
revise
the
transition,
the
managing
director
of
course
had
to
discuss
it.
For
me
an
extremely
unsympathetic
and
unprofessional
shop.
If
you
don't
really
care
what
your
hair
looks
like,
then
fine.
Everyone
else
stay
away.
As
I
and
other
friends
between
the
ages
of
20
and
25
do
now.
