It's a good spot to chill or work. BUT, There is a serious problem of professionalism as they obviously don't consider customers likewise. The thing is, you're not allowed to sit inside if you just want to drink a soft drink or whatever. The outside has no electricity port. So this weird norm is a turn off for who want to work on laptop etc. And the weird thing is, regarding all of that, you can obviously see that some customers aren't implied by that weird norm. Not one nor two, always there are who just drink inside. I asked a waiter for clarification and the waiter doesn't seem to be professional either providing the clarification.

Beware of the Bill - A Shame for the Great Food I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant, as the cuisine, especially the steak, is truly outstanding. We have been frequenting this establishment in Essaouira for several months now. Unfortunately, we have found that we have been presented with an inflated bill for the third time now. This time we ordered 3 steaks, a pizza, four drinks, and two salads. Initially, we were told to pay 660 DHS without being shown a bill. When we asked for a receipt, we were suddenly informed that it was a system error and we only needed to pay 600 DHS. When we insisted on a proper bill, the waiter became noticeably unfriendly, disappeared briefly, and eventually brought us a handwritten bill where the prices seemed arbitrarily adjusted to match the demanded amount. Such a procedure might be forgivable as a one-time mistake, but since this has happened to us for the third time now, it significantly tarnishes the overall impression. It's a shame, as the food is really good, but this unpleasant experience unfortunately spoils the enjoyment. As a tourist, you should definitely make sure to receive an accurate bill.

Takes forever to get our order and when they did it was only half of it, bad service and the food is overpriced for no reason..

Poor service, we had to wait too long to have someone taking our order.. then we got to wait foreeeeever for our order to be served.. a place to avoid.

Best coffee in Essaouira! Lovely presentation, nice food, good price, nice music and vibe, friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

5 euros for a nice western style pizza. Portions are generous. Both indoor and outdoor seating. You’ll see both locals and tourists dining here. Big screen tvs and clean environment.

Great family restaurant and cafe. It isn't on a main road which is perfect for conservative families. In addition to the great service, the restaurant is also featured in Trip Advisor. The prices are cheap compared to neighboring restaurants and the food tastes amazing. Not only that but they also serve big portions!

Came to the coffee with my family and didn't get the best experience in term of the service. One person of the staff is rude. And the hot drink came after finishing the breakfast.
